security , nice room, friendly staff

The reason we stayed at the Linden Suites when we returned to Manilla was because the hotel has many positive attributes. We enjoy the breakfast buffeet and see it as a great way to start the day. The people are friendly. It was great to see Ronald at the buffet again. The pool was great for doing laps! The room was spacious and very comfortable. I would recommend the Linden Suites proudly. There were many convience stores and restuarants downstairs also. We walked to the Mall and subway station. It was a great ride to the Park and Ocean world.

i've been staying in many different hotels so far, and this hotel provides a really large room with very reasonable price. i was really surprised when i entered the room, because it was really larger than i expected. and all the facility was really neat and good. i strongly recommend this hotel for long-term staying people.

not a bd hotel, value for money
7.3
I had a happy stayed in the hotel , only dissapoinment about this hotel are the lift and the staff, the lift is extremely slow and lift card always out of performance, and u need to reprogram almost everytime u r back to the room, i had it done almost everyday, first day was d worst, 3 times and still cant get the lift work, at the end , the staff used her card to sd me up and the house keeping i waited for 5 minutes to open my door.
location is good, staff was not very friendly unless tip is given.

Perfect for long-term vacations!
It has all the things you need! Complete amenities
10
We actually chose Linden Suites 2 bedroom apartment style suite for a group of 5 girls (one did not stay overnight) for a bridal shower party. The amenities were complete as we had to cook some meals for the intimate party. There were nice dishes, glasses, flatware. There was a chopping board, pots, pans, cooking utensils, a ref! Everything is there. I think it is perfect for a long-term vacation. Rooms were very spacious. The living room and the dining area could actually fit many people. My children love Linden's indoor swimming pool.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The Hotel is near Malls (walking distance). Easy to get around, just get a cab if you want to visit other parts of Manila.

Executive rooms better than bedroom suite!
5.7
It's our second time staying in this hotel, we have been surprised to benefit from an upgrade of our room from an executive room to a bedroom suite. We were very happy until we saw the room... In the bedroom suite, there is a dining area with a kitchen in addition to the sleeping area. Obviously, as there are more areas then the sleeping area is smaller than in an executive room. We were staying just for one night so we didn't really need the dining and cooking areas but would have prefer to have a more spacious sleeping area. The sport center was still very good as well as the buffet breakfast! The downside is the "requirement" to wear "decent" clothes in the hotel, bermudas shorts and sandals are deemed not appropriate for the hotel according to the management of the hotel. I find that completely stupid to have to stipulate such clothing etiquette, customers should be free to wear whatever they want as long as they are clean! I've stayed in thousand of better hotel than this one and never have I read anything more stupid that the clothing etiquette of this hotel!

I stayed at 2 bedroom suite with my family. It was really big but it seems like a bit old.
