Our favorite hotel in Manila.. Like home for us .. The place is clean though sometimes not but we can easily ask the staff to clean or transfer us to another room

The two bedroom suite is for 4 people with one optional extra bed. For the price paid, you get a spacious room with living area, dining area and kitchen, and a free buffet breakfast. We were able to entertain up to 15-20 people comfortably in our suite. The beds are clean. I wish there was the ability to add more extra beds as I was told there was only a maximim of one (1) extra bed for the two bedroom. The location is pretty good. Near Megamall and Robinsons malls, and in the center of Metro Manila. Convenience stores are a short walking distance. Public transportation is not readily accessible when you step out of the hotel - this hotel is best for people with a car or those willing to taxi/cab or those willing to walk 10-15 minutes to the malls. Parking for one vehicle is complimentary for the room. Underground parking is very narrow but you have the option to have complimentary valet. The furnishings and facilities in the room are slightly dated but in relatively good working order. My room had an old airconditioner which was noisy but it cooled the room eventually. Suite appears to be clean, though the paint and furnishings are relatively dark. Hot and cold water run in the toilet sink and shower. Not all rooms have a good view but depending on availability, a room with a view may be requested. I appreciated that the hotel was able to accommodate me for early check-in because the room was already available when we arrived at 1pm. The staff are very friendly. The reception is very busy but the reception staff are competent and efficient. Checkin and checkout were efficient considering volume of people. And please note there is a huge volume of people on weekends. The elevators are slow. There are only 2 elevators in Tower 2 and they are tiny. Housekeeping is a little slow, we had to follow up three times for a replacement kettle and twice for extra towels. It could partly be because of the elevators. Staff generally are friendly. Value for money but...
The place is located at the heart of traffic jams in the area. First day, we dont have any toothbrush supply in the room so we need to ask, however the housekeeping is quite nice. Asked the guy to clean up twice, because of my little kid keep on running around. Pool is quite nice but not that friendly to small kids so my kid resort to play only the tub and the big jacuzzi, which I think, still not good for kids. Parking wise, if you are driving big cars, becareful. And lastly, please change the SOP of your staff calling you before the alloted checkout time, its a hotel, not a budget lodge charged by the hour. For those complaining why they require a cash / credit deposit, I believe this is a norm for almost all mid range hotels :) maybe your just not so used to it :p Staffs are polite, but some are really shy. Theres no need to give much effort on smiling :)

From reservation till checkout, it was awful!
* reservations staff were unfriendly and unhelpful on the phone * guards and valet staff were unhelpful * parking and driveway were too narrow * rooms were not that clean * lobby was small and hot * pool was a hazard because of the slippery floors * spa was uncomfortable * breakfast was limited and unpalatable * check out was rowdy it was overall an awful experience. we're not coming back and i will not recommend this to friends

Linden Suite and Heritage Hotel booking.
I should be booking Heritage Hotel from June 4 to 5, 2016, but because of the error in your booking, I was booked instead June 12 to 13. However, my flight going back to Cambodia is June 5, 2016. I was very disappointed with the services of AGODA. So Instead of having my booking at AGODA, I booked Linden Suites directly for my stay on June 4 to 5, 2016, and I have to spend twice, as I should only be spending once.

Great Experience
The room and hotel was neat, staff are very accommodating and the location is very accessible. Great place to spend time with your family.
