Not quite a comfortable experience
Buffet Breakfast, waiters and cokks in the dining areas, free shuttle service to SM MOA
Not too pleasant. The front desk clerks; Lelia and Jennice need to go through a Customer Courtesy Training and Hotel Management or Supervisor Training. Both demonstrated poor customer service. Lelia would be on the Computer checking her email and expects the other clerks to attend to customers. Both ladies must more accurate with the information concerning hotel operations, schedule of events as well as, room types and availability. Both provided me wrong information. There is a Karaoke Lounge next door to the Room I had and the sound level was uncomfortable and disturbing on Dec. 23 and 24, 2015. Kids would run up and down the hallways up till 1:00 a.m. I do not feel comfortable to stay at Mabuhay Manor again nor will I recommend this hotel.

Very good budget hotek
The service was excellent and the staff friendly. The room was large and clean with good wifi and a decent selection of tv channels.
We had a two day stop over and needed a decent budget hotel. There was heavy rain at the time so we could not use the pool. The hotel provided excellent transportation service to and from both the airport and the Mall of Asia. we had dinner at the hotel and the food was ok, especially for me who has not yet acquired the taste dor Filippino food. The vreakfast was a smal but adequate buffet. the staff was both friendly and service minded

The room essence, cleanliness,feels like home
We stay almost every 3months at mabuhay, we never encountered any problem at the front desk, cris is verygood at his job, but ms nelia was so rude with us this time, she dont even smile, and she talk to her colleagues about us.. It's totally RUDE, she is not the type of person you should put in your front desk, it's ruining the name of the hotel.the friendly ambiance is totally gone because of her rudeness.

Clean, near the airport, and god customer service
Okay, but the airport transfer is more expensive compared to the price on line and also the breakfast is a little bit expensive. Breakfast should always be included in the price of the hotel to attract more customers.

Not living up to its reputation
Breakfast. Near airport.
I have been staying regularly at Mabuhay. Last time , nearly two years ago, already gave signs of weakness which were confirmed in this stay. I was disappointed in my room that needs refreshing. Toiletries in the bathroom could be better. We had dinner on arrival. The Restaurant by the pool has gone so we resorted to the grim foyer. My Philippino friend was not complimentary of the food. Breakfast was not as good as it used to he but still ok. Other missing ameneties was the fitness room. We did not try the pool. Staff performance also needs to be brought back to previous standard. Airport transfer was not available because it had not been booked the night before. I have already booked for a night on my return journey. I wish I had not.
