Room 104 was very dusty from a/c, so we moved to room 116 which was excellent. Great marble featured bathroom with 2 showers, dining table, kitchette, & Cable TV. Free breakfast in the mornign had a good range of tasty treats in traditional filipino style cruisine & western style continental breakfast.
Hotel Feature Tip:
SUTUKIL Fresh Seafood cooked any style at affordable prices. Very fast service & extra tasty

We wanted a hotel close to the airport and Mall of Asia with real family sized rooms and not expensive. Mabuhay Manor was perfect for us. The staff are very helpful and efficient. Breakfast was terrific but you must like Filipino food. Nice dining area by the swimming pool. Not the prettiest area of Manila but fine for a short stay. Would definately stay there again. thanks to the staff for looking after us so well.
Shopping Tip:
Dont get too excited about Mall of Asia.

good hotel close to airport for Balikbayan

We chose this hotel based on the comments of the previous user that the breakfast was served early @ 3 AM (upon request). Since we are leaving early that day I was under the impression that they will .serve us full breakfast early (instead of small sandwich to go).

The location of the hotel is good. It is near Mall of Asia, the biggest mall in the Philippines. Hotel staffs are nice. They always give you a nice smile. The hotel room is big but bear. The toilet is not so nice but clean. They have good breakfast.

the best hotel for the price, strategically located. close to mall of asia and downtown manila. romms are very spacious and bathrooms are big. the food is excellent and the the staff is very courteous.three resataurants on site definitely a hotel i will stay again on my next trip to the philippines. they also have bigger rooms with kitchenette.

Excellent location in Manila.Close to the airport and main attractions. The best price.
