check-in very quick & easy
staff really friendly and helpful
room large , only problem noisy aircon
room service quick and food not bad after mid night
breakfast buffet was plentiful but mostly filipino food
airport transfer was on time and got me to the airport quickly
which in manila at lunchtime was a miracle in it's self
would i use this hotel again " yes "

Not what I expected
Close to airport, Mall of Asia.

The room was way too big for what I needed. It was not what was described online as it had 2 queen beds, 2 showers, and 2 separate toilets. Breakfast was available but could have a greater variety of foods. At 2am service personel started opening gates and driving vehicles right outside the room which woke me up and I couldn't fall asleep again. The beds were hard and a little unconfortable.
Hotel Feature Tip:
You can probably stay somewhere better for the same price.

Location is good for those who have transfer fligh. But the hotel is not so familar for the taxi drivers. There are some wholesale markets for shoeses just nearby. The suit is old and aircondition is noisy.
The smile is impressed us.

The staff are the best in town

Large spacious rooms, with the best of foods served promptly.
Check and check out was efficient.
There is nothing that the staff at the Mabuhay Manor hotel would not do to make my stay a pleasure.
The hotel also boasts a swimming pool
Shopping Tip:
the massive mall of asia is just 5 minutes away by taxi.
the mall has hundreds of stores, so shopping is a easy, the mall also has a full size ice skating rink, and hundreds of places to eat.

the receptionists were very accommodating and friendly. we can easily request for early check in as long as the room is available. the complimentary breakfast is okay. the rooms are clean and spacious. it is very accessible to the airport, church, Resorts World, Mall of Asia and it is within a commercial district. public transportations are available anytime

Convenient, clean and friendly hotel near Airport
Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet.

Used the hotel for an overnight while changing flights at Manila airport. We had stayed in the Manila Airport Hotel previously and the Mabuhay Manor was much better -- cleaner, friendlier, quieter, bigger rooms, and a generally nicer atmosphere. Will definitely use it again next time we are in transit.

Nice little hotel, friendly staff

The hotel is clean and a good value for the money, its close to the airport. The street you travel down to get there makes you feel uncomfortable, but the staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are a little aged, but they were clean. I hope you enjoy your stay.

room was very nice and clean, well decorated and had everything you need. breakfast was excellent, and staff are very friendly. only bad thing, it is on a very poorly lit street, it doesn't feel safe walking at night, at end of street on roxas boulevard, there are so many people on the street, it is not a nice area at all, compared to other hotels i've stayed in manila.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Provide shuttle service to SM Mall for only 20 pesos, which is very good.
