Nice pool area, and some good seafood in the poolside restaurant. Surrounding area not especially nice. If you need to be at the airport early the next day then the location is hard to beat. I would call this hotel quaint, with lots of walkways that take you outside the building then back into the hotel corridors. Room was nicely furnished and the bathroom was spacious.
Hotel Feature Tip : Hotel has private van that can whisk you to the airport for less than the taxi from airport to hotel.

10 min from airport, shuttle service avail to/from airport,big room, clean, helpful staff, 24hr room svc., free cont.breakfast/coffee no nearby shopping(i had to walk over a mile though bad neighbor hood to find coughdrops)no hot water shower, restaurant was expensive for native food nice for overnight stay, easy to/from airport shuttle,nothing really stands out good or bad, no hot shower

I have always liked the great service from the staff and the buffet breakfast is delicious sometimes there can be ants I will ALWAYS stay at Mabuhay Manor when i stay in manila

the area is very bad but so is most of Manila the hotel is a great place to stay because of its proximity to the airport. wonderful staff, very professional. the exectutive suite is just a large budget room with a tub. the free breakfast is good
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : the best thing this hotel has going for it is how close it is to the airport

If you like a short travel time from the airport this is the place for you. The rooms are quiet and have the basics for your comfort. The buffet breakfast is very good and has much to choose from. Shuttle service to and from the Mall of Asia and airport are offered for a small fee. The rooms do not have any microwaves or other cooking facilites. You are only provided with two towels daily and no washcloth or handtowel so bring your own or purchase. The staff are top notch for service and friendliness. The hotel has a close location to the airport and Mall of Asia. Although the hotel is near the airport the plane noise is minimal. The free breakfast is very nice and has many options but ends at 10AM daily. Bath towels and fresh sheets are provided daily however hand towels and a washcloth are not. A trip to the hypermarket is not far and the hotel offers shuttle service to the mall. Bottled water is given daily in the room from the staff. All in all the hotel is a good value for the budget no frills traveler.
Shopping Tip : The Mall of Asia is within walking distance but use caution and never travel it alone. Take the hotel shuttle for faster service to and from the mall.

The room tempature cannot be adjusted by guest It is near to the airport for about 15 minutes. Service overall is average. They are willing to answer our question reagarding how to go the famous spot sight and help us tell the taxi driver where we would like to go. Price is reasonale. Yet, it is unreaonable for paying additional bedquilt as the room tempature cannot be adjusted by guest.
Shopping Tip : Always ask the driver for meter based fare. No bargin.

Good situation for the airport, friendly staff, nice rooms. hard to find, pool not that good, local setting a little scarey if you are alone I stayed at this hotel for a few nights between different travel journeys in Philippines. It is good location for a few nights and close to the airpoort. Hard to find..taxi driver did not know where it was. Good internet access.

Breakfast buffet was very good for every balikbayan.. Near the airport, mall of Asia.. Clean room.. i hope they could do a little renovation in their pool area The hotel was nice, friendly staff.. I really love their buffet breakfast, its worth going back.

Air-conditioner is too noisy but I had to switch on because hot whether. and I tried to contact with a hotel worker to ask to bring some hot water, they don't response. After I tried to call to '0' several times from my room, they got the phone. However, room was clean, cozy and It wasn't necessary to pay for two bottles of water.
I think this hotel is affordable.

Felt secure at the hotel.
Fairly close to International Airport. No safe in room
No view from rooms I was in - good location but no view. I have stayed at the Mabuhay Manor several times -never had any problems. Always had good luck with
this hotel. Nice buffet breakfast. Staff is good to deal with. They assisted me with some connections I needed to make regarding transportation. Security is alert & helpful. Rooms are clean with TV & refrigerator.
Travel tip : Do not ride Kalesa (Horse with carriage) near the hotel on Roxas Blvd. They are in no way affiliated with the hotel. The drivers have many tricks to try to get extra money from you. They are not to be trusted.

secluded street and nice and quiet no issues worth worrying about I picked this place off the internet and was very pleased. The taxi driver found it easily which is always a bonus. Nice breakfast - which was free - and very pleasant staff. In wanting a place close to the airport on my way to Dipolog this was very well suited. A short taxi ride took me to a vast selection of outdoor eating places that made my one night very enjoyable.

clean room, good breakfast, friendly and courteous staffs Bed in Premium room where we stayed is noisy. Some taxi drivers had difficulty in locating the hotel. This is our second time staying at the Mabuhay Manor Hotel and we enjoyed our stay this time. I was only disappointed when I was not pick-up at the airport. I sent an email using Mabuhay Manor Hotel email address at their website detailing my flight itinerary but they never received it according to the receptionist at the hotel front desk.
Shopping Tip : The hotel is near to SM Mall of Asia and Baclaran Wholesaler/Retailer stores.

-spacious rooms, decent parking, prompt service, excellent buffet breakfast for balikbayans -business center not equipped with a printer which is very important for travellers I enjoyed my stay at the Mabuhay Manor Hotel. I was impressed at the size of the hotel rooms. I was happy they served a variety of foods for breakfast. I loved the way they make an effort to serve food that balikbayans always crave for from home. I wish, though that their front desk staff would be friendlier and more accommodating. On the night of my stay, I wanted to print something from my email and was surprised to find out that the business center did not have any printer. I hope management would look into this. We had to drive in the middle of the night to search for an internet cafe that offers printing services. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely use this hotel again.
