Newly renovated, low price

This hotel is not in a ideal location, and a bit far from anything and everything. They have a cafe serving cakes and coffee, but nothing much else on the menue. Had to eat ouside of hotel, and that was not easy to find due to location. No elevator servicing the hotel. Rooms very small but clean. The only attractiveness about this hotel is that its room rates are cheap especially if your on a tight budget although taxi ride there may cost you a bit from the airport.

orange place hotel is conveniently located in quezon city. it is a few minutes drive away from good restaurants in the area. the room we had was a bit small, basic and old. staffs are friendly and honest as they even checked and returned the things we left inside the cabinet. breakfast was good with unlimited coffee refill. fast check out service.

The rooms are a bit small but it's just right for the amount that you pay. The staff though are very attentive. It's close to EDSA and the traffic so it's convenient for commuting but we don't get bothered by the noise at all. There's a free set breakfast that comes with the room.

location is really excellent. once u go out the door, u hv the options (24 hours) of taking the taxi, the jeepney or even the tricycle (for short-distances) from both sides of the long kamias/kamuning road.
the staff is really accomodating, honestly. from the reception to the one in charge at the cafeteria, genuinely service-oriented.
the rooms maybe small, but its complete with space for ur things to stack around. toilet, phone, cabinet, clean bed, aircon, cable tv. it has all the basics we need to comfortably rest/sleep.
the best part was the cafeteria's unlimited coffee and cakes from 10am to 9pm + free wi-fi. wow, what else could a peace-and-rest-seeking person can ask. the only bad part was the breakfast. though it was free, the viand did not taste good. (fried bangus)
but on the overall, its a nice, cozy place to stay. i would definitely come back.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel location affords accesibility to nearby shopping malls like Trinoma, SM North EDSA, Farmer's, Gateway. One can ride the taxi, jeepney, or the MRT (train) to go there & shop. Bring less stuff around. A smaller bag will do. And credit card the better way to pay security-wise. :)

hotel is okay for its cheap price, already inclusive of breakfast. the reception area looks new and clean, with free wifi. however, the room looks old. the cabinets are tarnished/ chipped. the bathroom looks old too, with old looking tiles. no towel in the bathroom, we had to ask.

it's like an apartment.It's cheap and if you're just here for sight seeing it's a great place to stay, because it's cheap but clean. you don't need the amenities anyways if you're a tourist or here for business.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
it's near cubao. take a taxi for convenience.

Its a safe area, silent and i really like the helpful staff. Even thought the room a bit small but still comfortable and okay for people that looking on budget room. Maybe we forgot to inform the hotel to clean our room everyday
Maybe the hotel still new. most of the taxi dont know the hotel located.
