I booked the Barcelona Suite for a very good price.
The room is huge and very nice for business: desk, internet and everything you need...
The location is in Makati, so perfect for business.
The cons are the breakfast/food in the hotel. No restaurant but this is a Boutique Hotel and not a big hotel anyway.

Overall this is my 10th time staying here. Always choose Picasso due to the perfect location for all meetings. And nearby convenience stores, restaurants and shopping area. Also just 10 mins from Fort Bonifacio during non-peak hours.
Restaurant Tip:
24 hours local food at Chilli Pepper. Just google it when you are the hotel.

My stay was very comfortable considering that I was in Makati on a very hectic schedule. The staff were pleasant and the parking available at the back of the hotel was a plus factor. The check-in procedure was also quick.
Shopping Tip:
This hotel is great and in the heart of Makati. The Salcedo Weekend market is a stone throw away and very accessible to convenience stores and beauty salons.

this is by far my favourite hotel in manila! the hotel is stunningly beautiful and stylish with every little detail thought of. the rain showers are amazing, the amenities lovely, the furniture, you name it. even the lighting is good! each floor has a different color scheme so do vary your stay you can pick a different floor each time you can. the staff and service is top notch, much better than anywhere else in manila. even the facade is lovely.
the only con is the breakfast buffet which is a bit poor and that the restaurant wifi didn't work this time but then the hotel wifi did and could be used in the restaurant so it didn't matter. we will be back!

The penthouses in two floors are gorgeous, perfect for hosting a party and then 4 people can sleep there.

A hidden gem

I chose this palce for the location to our office on Ayala Ave. However its great selling point is its village feel at night when the traffic dies down. Take a walk around the Solcedo Village and discover some of Makati's best hidden secrets. Fantastic restaurants. The restaurant next to the Picasso is worth a visit for both its food and alcohol selection. Walk past the park to Apartment 1B for some of the best food I've had in the city (the best beef pie, mashed patatoes and mushy peas - better than the UK).
Rooms are modern and clean. Art work splashed around the hotel just gives the whole place a good feel about it.

This was a pleasant surprise. The room had some interior design features which are nice, including touch lights and an iPod docking station. Internet worked really well and the staff were super friendly. I'd definitely stay here again but it seems to be pretty well booked because I didn't have luck booking an extra night and also tried for the coming weekend and it is fully booked - so get in early I guess
