Stylish Hotel
Great location, attentiive staff, clean and ccomfortable room
8.7
I found a great deal on agoda for the picasso residence and after arriving realised that it was well worth it. the location is very central and is also next door to a park which holds a food market on a saturday morning. the staff is very well trained and the doormen are also very friendly as well as very helpful. the rooms are large, clean and with a large, comfortable bed. I would definately stay there next time i return to manila.

Very nice family boutique hotel
Great staff who are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are extremely and comfortable, very fast service from the staff on check in and check out
7.7
This is a very pleasant hotel that is medium cost range, ie not exactly cheap but not expensive either. Located in Makati very near to Ayala park and Greenbelt being a 10 minute walk away. The best thing about this hotel is the room cleanliness and also very helpful staff. The lifts are very small though and can feel a bit claustrophobic but then again, how long do you stay inside a lift!.

Very nice accommodations
They upgraded my room to a suite which was really lovely. Very attentive and courteous staff. I had only 1 night so hard to judge pass this, A!

Nice and out of ordinary design place, not sure where the hotel was in relation to business and shopping as this was just an overnight stay. overall a very good, boutique hotel.

Beautiful Room. Staff a little clueless.
Room size, room quality, luxury accomodations.
6.7
A colleague and I stayed at the Picasso for a night when we were passing through Manila. It was solid. The rooms themselves are beautiful and spacious. Luxury style. The staff however did not process my request for two separare beds and instead set up a small cot in our room (which I had to sleep on after losing a coin toss!). Their airport shuttle is also insanely overpriced at 1000 php for a car and 2000 php for a van. I'd scheduled an airport pickup before travelling to the Phillipines and then canceled it once I'd spent a little time in the PI and discovered how reasonable taxis were (300 php one way to NAIA). I received an email confirming my cancellation of the shuttle from hotel staff, I was questioned about this upon my arrival. I also don't remember there being hot water in the shower (like a lot of places in the PI) but all in all this was a luxury accomodation. The Makati area is really cool, too.
