can't say much about this particular hotel because of being transferred to a sister one across the city. The one thing I can say is that it was hard to find but the staff were very helpful

Arrived at the hotel to be told they had made a mistake in my booking and I was being transferred elsewhere.

See Above. On arrival I was told they had made a mistake in bookings and they had re-allocated me to a sister hotel accross the city. I picked this particular hotel because I needed to be close to the bus station for onward journey the next morning so this was a bit of a problem. Howevere the hotel provided me with free transferrs back accross the city to the new hotel and again to the bus station the next morning. Staff were friendly and helpul in sorting the problem of the booking out. The sister Hotel (Malayan Hotel) was of the same standard... a newer hotel.. rooms was as booked but without some of the facilities BUT on the whole a good experience there so I would stay at it if I needed to be based in the Ortigas area of the city.

Pleasant stay, would stay there again. And Agoda got me a good price, esspecially in Manila

Cozy and quite room.

I didn't use hotel restaurant, but there're many restaurants along Timog ave.

It's a sort of condotel of which some parts are owned by condo owner. The room is tidy and cozy. It's located along Timog avenue which is local restaurants and comedy show bars are open. The location is good for locals but it's a little far from tourist area so, it may not so convenient for foreign tourists. The most comfortable hotel for foreign visitors among Quezon area.

Good location, spacious, nice view

wait too long for the elevator

this is a good choice for anyone who wants an spacious environment. we got a free upgrade to a two rooms deluxe. there was a living room, kitchen and bathroom downstairs. upstairs were two bedrooms. one of them has a bathroom. that room was good for a family. there are some nice chinese restaurants around. also, there are many entertainments near by. you do not need to go far to look for fun and night life.

Nightlife Tip : many night life entertainments from a few minutes walking distance from the hotel.

the location is good...very accessible to everywhere:)) i must admit, pressure of the shower is good

lobby is so hot! they only turn on the aircon mid day or during work hours... hallway has no aircon also! shower's water temp is unpredictable... it would be nice if there were microwave and electric stove...

torre venezia will be my good choice to stay around quezon city...i tried and checked in at their deluxe and loft rooms...it is a new condotel that a big family can stay and would feel at home...just need a little bit of tweaking in the kitchen...temp of water is kind of weird...i would recommend this place to my friends and co-workers and balikbayans who are into entertainment, food tripping, and of course for people that are addicted to shopping...there are 2 nearby malls around the area (TRINOMA AND SM NORTH EDSA)...i will rate the condotel an 8:))

Friendly and professional staff, great value for money, clean and spacious rooms, rooms are furnished and equipped nicely, excellent view of the city from the balcony, no pest infestations (this is a big plus in any Philippines hotel)

Beds are uncomfortable - pillow and mattress are too firm and comforter is way too thick, pounding bass from nearby night clubs makes sleeping before 2am difficult (or impossible)

I tried both the "deluxe loft" and the "superior" rooms. Both rooms were VERY IMPRESSIVE! They look exactly like the pictures - no bait-and-switch trickery. I was amazed at how large and well furnished the rooms were compared to the very low prices. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The only problem was that, for me, it was impossible to get a good night of sleep. Pounding bass from nearby night clubs literally made the walls vibrate at times even though I was on floors 14 and 23. Also the beds were designed for durability and NOT for comfort. The pillows were hard, the mattress was harder, and the one blanket provided was a very thick comforter.

Only good for its location.Until another hotel appear in that area.

Breakfast-bad. Living room sofa stains. Rooms-Window unit air condition very noisy.

Breakfast have not much choice, very oily.Only 1 elevator operating most of the time, and shared with all d employees(housekeeping, maintenaince, frontoffice)at times we have to miss the turn because of over loading,by than it takes us 20mins to get down.Should have a service elevator.Passage way of room floors are not lighted brightly, looks quite scary and unsafed especially for female guest.Bathrooms shower heater are inconsistent,it goes cold and hot uncontrollable and also low in pressure.Should sell it more as a service apt than a hotel.

Restaurant Tip : Restaurants and Cafes are easily excessed nearby

Clean room and proximity to malls and business centers.

Parking; breakfast (can either choose continental and filipino breakfast, but package is not as appealing as the one offered by the restaurant). One of the hot showers in one of the bathrooms is not functioning; stair inside the room (deluxe loft) is too steep/narrow.

There is nothing unique or superb about the hotel except that it is quite new, which makes it a better choice among some small condotels/hotels in GMA; however, it's quite expensive. The room is quite clean. The hotel should have its own restaurant/cafe to cater to the guests needs. The meal that was served during breakfast is the worse I ever had.

It is near fastfood restaurants and bars. Getting a taxi is easy if you don`t have a car. Cheap hotel room price.

Very hot lobby, hallways and elevators. Why can`t they put electric fans on the hallways? Complimentary breakfast is bad. Perfect if you are on a weight loss program.

For a brand new hotel they have dirty looking towels. I was booked on the 26th floor and the elevator is so hot that I was sweating by the time I reached the ground floor. Hallway is unbearably hot while waiting for the elevator ride. The bathroom floor divider is located near the toilet bowl. You will end up using the toilet with one foot elevated. What a horrible feeling. The microwave electric cord is about 4 inches short from the electric socket. The refrigerator slides when you open it. They need to attach it to the floor. The kitchen cabinet is unfinished with a missing bottom shelf. The complimentary breakfast reminds me of my old college dormitory cafeteria. Stay away if you can avoid it. The airconditioning in one of the rooms keeps on shutting down. The balcony gives you a good view of the city. The rooms provide a quiet place to sleep as you don`t hear anything from the street below. Check in and check out time is a breeze. Be prepared to give 3,000 pesos deposit. They use old style door key and they want you to drop by the front desk on your way in or way out to pick up the key or leave the key. There is no room safe. The staff is very friendly and attends to your special requests like extra towels, wine glasses, etc. I stayed from July 24 to July 27 and they only cleaned the room once. You will not feel like you are in a hotel.

Restaurant Tip : There are many restaurants nearby within 15 minutes driving distance. Some are even walking distance.

Housekeeping is excellent. The hotel is clean, cheap in such a location.

They have to have a nice breakfast. The restaurant is too small for a big group.Elevators too are lacking.Parking area nt yet finished

The hotal as a whole is nice and cheap for the location. It's a new hotal but the personnels are all professional. The hotal is good for families having a vacation, seminars too and for those who wants nightlife at the max. Testaurants too are many in the vicinities of the hotel.

Staff were friendly Room was clean. Furniture was in good condition

Untidy outside appearance on the balcony. Bathroom was miniture. No bathtub.

The bedroom was ok, small but cosy. The bathroom was an afterthought. Really not international standard. No bathtub and no room to swing a cat. Outside on the airconitioner balcony were a lot of cigarette stubs from workmen and an expended silicon tube. Window seals were substandard. We were on the 20th floor and road noise was loud! Even the 6AM rooster 20 floors below (welcome to Manila) could be heard until about 10am!

Shopping Tip : Burger King and McDonald nearby.

Convenient to Quezon City, the pool is awesome, loft suites are so nice, having a living room separate from the bedrooms is really great.

Wish they'd provided real kitchen supplies (stove, pots and pans). Only 2 sets of plates and cups. When you take a suite it's nice to be able to make your own breakfast.

We needed a room with space for 4 people, this was done marvelously. Having the bedrooms upstairs and the living room downstairs made me feel so relaxed. We held our business meetings in the living room. The WIFI was good and reliable (but too bad they have to charge for something that should be free). The free breakfast was good, and the free wifi in the breakfast room was good. If I was coming back to Quezon City and needed a place for 4 people I'd come to Torre Venezia.

Shopping Tip : Robinson's Supermarket is only 5 minutes away. Including a money changer and western union office. St Paul's Catholic Church is in front of the hotel... services in English (sort-of).

Too close to all comforts and very nice sceneries.

Elevator should always be maintained.people coming from 8th after swimming should be provided with more towels and rugs to dry up so that it will not be too messy when they hop in to the elevator.the hotel parking is so narrow you don't want to park at the 6th level. It takes three turns to move up and down in each level.breakfast is always served with rice...where is the choice of bread.rice is very heavy in the morning.

Torre venezia is a nice place to stay even though they are having problem with the elevators from time to time. It so close to all pleasures and elite restaurants yet the church of st paul is even closer. I can oversee the tower of abs-cbn and gma at the same time and always wish to visit when i find time.i love the hotel, i had stayed for more than a month may 26 - june 28 of this year.i loved the rooms. It got real privacy.it got nice couch where i can sit back and watch cable tv...for me, the hotel is recommendable.

Restaurant Tip : Lots of good restaurant like iceberg,jay-j, jay-lo,papaya,alfredos...june 23rd i held my class reunion at annabel's and the food was terrific.

Clean, Excellent Location

Lousy Breakfast

The location of the hotel is excellent. Food and Service establishments surround the vicinity. Taxis roam around the area so getting one is very easy. The rooms are clean. Amenities are quite limited, but you can request from them if you need them. If long staying, there's an inexpensive laundry shop and a convenience store on the ground floor. The staff are quite courteous. The breakfast is lousy.
