As always the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are rather small but did the trick to have a place to sleep. The walls are made of concrete and didn't get and didnt hear anything from any of the other rooms.
The location is right around the block from red-light district, but most of the guests here are Asian tourists out for a shopping spree at the Greenbelt Mall area.

Cheap for a reason

The hotel is in a great location for shopping. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. However you get what you pay for. The room was poor with regards to decor cleanliness, walls were dirty and there were a few ants patrolling the room. Internet access was impossible to log on through my mobile phone as I required a password but the wifi was detected as being open and not requiring one. Hence I could not log on.
However I only slept in the room so the value was very good and Must admit the shower was fantastic

We wanted a budget price motel close to the buisiness area efor one night as we passing through Manila. We were pleasently surprised at how clean and comfortable the rooms were they were far better than others we have stayed in in that price range. It wasso good we started to forget it was a budget hotel. Value for money outstanding

Actually okay. But I was dissapointed by the taxy, that was referenced by the hotel. The taxy don't want to use meter, so we have to deal with the driver. First, the taxy deal at PHP350 (distance about 8km), which I think already higher than reguler taxy at Manila, but it's okay. After we arrive the destination, the driver ask us PHP700, he said it was PHP350/person. I said how come you charge us the taxy cost per person, it ridiculous. Finally I pay PHP600. The taxy driver at Manila so suck, because tomorrow another taxy driver try to take advantages by the same way.
