it is clean, quiet, friendly, has 2 small pools & nice garden grounds to walk around with palms & flowers etc, there were no other customers. you can walk about 15 minutes to the sea where there is a stony beach & dirty trashy water. the hot water did not work.
Restaurant Tip:
Food is ok but expensive. Its far from other options to eat at. Better to buy water at the local shop on the main road nearby.

this hotel is quite location no where to eat apart from hotel the food range is poor the amenities like billards table are the worst id ever seen the table is covered in tape and cues are bad really bad.There were kids firing loud gas guns like a gun shot just walking thru hotel firing them next to our room we presumed they were staffs kids but really annoying and not good for a hotel.The town of baybay is close by and alot more there probally in hind sight we should have stayed there

We stayed in there standard room which doesnt have a fridge or tv but the bed is fine and the room and balcony is good size.The restuarant seems to just cook what they have at the time as hardly anything was available they just told us what we could have each night.The staff is ok the lady there from gen san is friendly and the food we had was ok but as the place is quite remote when in standard room you have to eat there.

None really. It was just near the place of business activity that's why it was chosen.

There was no telephone line, even intercom, no television, no internet services. Although bed was clean, the only amenities were the air-conditioner and hot shower.

I always like it here. It's kinda far from population centers. Like a 30-40 min bus ride to Ormoc. But that is part of it's charm. I understand the owner is trying to see the resort. Maybe it's remote location is not attracting enough customers.
The cook makes a great adobo. Both chicken and pork. A must try.

There are good things and not so good things about this resort. It isn't directly on the shore, but a 10 minute walk will get you there. Pebble beach separated from the shore by a small stream. Most of the cons are probably just my individual preferences. One is that I love to sing, but there was no Videoke bar within walking distance. Also the distance to a decent market was extreme, requiring good planning if you want groceries. The grounds are well maintained, but the cleaning of the bathroom is suspect. I found something on the shower wall I should not like to find.
Restaurant Tip:
Go to the Lagoon if you want Videoke. It's located two Baragny North.

This resort was a disappointment. It's a 30 minute drive from Ormoc, but you can find a public market about 15 minutes away. But nothing is conveniently located. Internet services is about 10 minutes away by trike, as well as karaoke. Night life is almost non existant. The staff is nice, however, and responsive to the needs of guests. Meals are average. But they didn't have any jam or butter for the breakfast meal. The cook, also doesn't know how to cook eggs.

ホテルに着いたのが ６時でおそくなったが気持ちよく部屋を用意してくれた。次の日のお昼ご飯も こちらの食べたい物を買い物にいってくれて作ってくれました。静かでゆっくり時間をすごせた。
