Tricycles are readily available to take you everywhere. Travelling on larger group ? Not a problem as there are 12 seater vans to ferry you around

picked up at the airport on free shuttle bus. decent breakfast. rooms clean and spacy. next to good restaurant serving asian/chinese food. only a short tricycle trip from the main area on rizal avenue.

Room was not cleaned well. After moving the beds, you could see some trash. Ants were walking on the walls. Bathroom hasn't seen Clorox for sure! The good part was that sheets were clean. Breakfast fatty and served on dirty tables. Service trying to do their best but not professional at all.

the hotel deacribed itself as a 5-star service hotel. but from what we experienced, i vare to disagree.the room that was given to us has no window, nobody assisted us with our luggages on the way to the room,when i order food at around 11pm the night we stayed, i ordered crispy pata yet the beer that was suppose to be with the order was not given, the waiter has no idea wether the food on the menu was good for single person or more. staff said that the best resto's needs reservation yet i was able to eat in a nice resto even without reservation. we stayed in the lobby after dinner to smoke, since all lights are closed, we decided to turn it on but a staff turned it off even though he can see that we were there.

We booked a van service for two to El Nido when we arrived the hotel when we checked in and the staff confirmed us the picking up time at 7am in next morning. However, we waited in the lobby until 9:30am but we still couldn't find our van come. We asked the staff and they said they hadn't received any order from us for the van service. Finally, they drove us to the van terminal and caught another van to El Nido. The staff are nice and helpful and we believed they tried their best to arrange a van to us after they discovered their fault. Please be reminded to re-confirm any service if you book any service from this hotel. For others, it's a good stay in this hotel.

i booked the 2 "standard twin room", it just confirmed with 2 check in guests, when we check in the hotel need to charge extra person rate. it really not make sense even you show the booking procedure via "agoda", there is no way to seclect check in guest, that was defaulted 2.
there is no excuse for the extra charges even no indication in the website, that's really shit to spend almost 1 hour for check in, it's disappointed.
