Families with older children United States of America, June 06, 2012	Bait & Switch Noisy, Crowded & No Room! 4 Angela’s Pool Resort did not have a record of our reservations for 2 deluxe bungalows for 6 nights. They said Agoda had not notified them. They had no room for us despite the fact that we had a confirmation and voucher from Agoda. They did not pick us up at the airport or even respond to our request for airport pickup until 24 hours after we arrived. They put us in 2 rooms with one bath which could not be accessed from one room unless you went outside. The locks on both rooms were not secure. Next morning they moved us to a private home – only one room for 3 of us with a double bed and a mattress on the floor, full of the owners’ belongings. The toilet was dirty, had no seat, and was missing the flush lever. Shower had separate nozzles for hot and cold water that had to be hand held to mix. No TV in the room. Next morning they wanted to move us again – and again the next day. The pools were noisy and over-crowded with large, day-use parties. We left for a tour the afternoon after the 2nd night and found a better place to stay at the same price. Angela did not want to give us a statement of the rooms and nights we had actually used. Now Agoda wants to charge us full price for 3 nights for the 2 deluxe bungalows that we never saw - because that is their cancellation policy.

Families with young children Australia, May 07, 2012	Service with a smile shame day trippers Nice staff 5.3 the management and staff of the hotel are helpfull. the hotel is is overrun with day trippers during the weekend with karoke to about 10.00pm each night. family felt that they could not use the pools due excessing number of people using them. rooms were not as descrided with 3 of my family having to sleep on mattress on the floor. driver overcharged for day trips. make sure management arrange tours. all and all rooms are large and clean but would not stay there again Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Get underground river permit before your get to palawan
Martyn R. Families with older children Australia, May 07, 2012	Place is quiet after 10.00pm and nice in morning Not many staying in the resort 6.3 The resort is open for locals to use facilities. This means that the facilities are overcrowded on weekend and we did use the pools as they did not seem clean. Parties go to about 10.00pm each night with some really poor singing. Unlikely to revisit resort. A cell phone and wallet was left in resorts car and never returned.
