Rencel M. Business travelers Philippines, March 09, 2013	Comfortable hotel Rooms, Location, Food 8 Enjoyed our stay at Casa Fuerte, the rooms where clean and fresh, staff are nice and helpful. The courtyard was beautiful and quite serene, enjoyed a relaxing afternoon in one of their Cogon Huts just drinking iced tea (most of the guest are out). They serve tasty & affordable meals as well, but more options would have been great. The location although not on the main road, which make the ambiance quite serene & secluded, isn't hard to find. A good 5-8 mintue walk and you're already in their "taxi" service line ready to roam around the city.

Families with older children Philippines, March 05, 2013	ethnic arts hotel clean , and simple hotel 6.3 we had our one night stay in that hotel , and the staff are nice and accomodating ,but still they lack customer relationship should if they persist and offered their tours maybe we could avail it , they have 2 standby vans for touring, anyway tired of having canned goods breakfast and a fried egg , but its ok just to fill our empty stomach.

Staff are there to serve because it is their job to do so.
