Poor service, I will never come again

The room is only with basic decoration, they promise there will be air-con, hot water, but during my 3-night stay, I only get one night air con; later, I moved to another hotel also in Coron town, there's always air-con during night time. There's even no cold water in my room, I tried several times to go to receptionist for help, seems they switched off my water supply, everytime I told them and then they turned it on. Also the speed of response is quite slow. I will never choose it again.

Located in the center of coron town proper, a walking distance to the market and port area. strategically located near other restaurant even if their in house restaurant offers good food. breakfast and dinner. But there is always brownout in coron, we use only electric fan. They have not enough generator. But other side GMG hotel, they have big generator, so 24 hour has electricity.
The room are basic amenities. their bathroom is clean as well as their bed sheets are clean.

The airport transfer is 150pesos (one way)waiting outside the airport. It take 25 minute to the hotel. The hotel staff are nice and polite. The rooms are basic,but every day has brownout in coron, they have small generator but can use only electric fan and TV. Other side Hotel has big generator that why have 24 hour electricity

Kayangan Lake is the best, we stay more than 4 hour

We stayed in the back room, with no windows. The AC was ok, but the wifi didn't work and we had to plug in to use the internet. We stayed around new years, so the street was also very loud. We didn't use the restaurant, except for coffee (instant) in the morning, so no advice there, although we also couldn't figure out the hours of the restaurant. they helped us get a bus to the air port in the morning, which worked out well

My heart sank when I saw the room. What a contrast with the hotels before and after in Manila!
The room had to windows which were mirrored on the outside because they gave onto the dining room. When the noise of the kitchen and the dining room died down, well, the room is fifteen feet away from the national road. The main mode of transport in Coron is motorbike and tricycles (which are motorbikes converted to carry up to six passengers). Between 20 or 30 motorcycles passed every minute, and half of them had mufflers designed to assert the virility of the drivers.
This for 10 % less than I would pay for the Heritage, an aging five-star hotel in Manila.
However, the staff are nice and the food good, although not fancy. The noise dies down between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am, so y can get your sleep if you are there for trekking or island hopping.
I do not know if you can find a better but similarly priced alternative(Sunz perhaps)in Coron, which is pricey since most things are imported from the larger islands in the Philippines. Given the staff performance and the food, I would give this hotel a better rating if the price were competitive.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you go down Burgos street, you will find an offer for a six stop island hopping tour for PHP650 (US$16) or 750 with a mask and snorkel, including a solid picnic meal. This is a good introduction to the possibilities.
Use a T-shirt or strong sunscreen on your first day. I used 15 strength and only took off my shirt to swim, but still got a strong burn.

Close to everything, 5min walk to the dock, pharmacy, lots of restaurants around

There was nothing fancy about the place but it was clean and comfortable enough, airconditioned rooms, flat screen tv, clean room but small bathroom. Across the street and few meters going left were massage parlors where i would go to during night time after a long day. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. They have their own doctor as well if you get sick. Theres a korean restaurant and few other restos surrounding it. There was even an ice cream place beside centro coron!

The hotel supervisor, was very accommodating and attentive ; but the attendants at the restaurant were not attentive and accommodating... restaurant attendants' service was very poor.
