Great pool, quiet and out-of-the-way location

Good value for the room, breakfast, wifi and airport transfer. It is a little out of the way of the major area of the city, but only a 10-15 minute tricycle ride away. Breakfast was a little disappointing as it was very limited, you were able to get coffee, but had to pay for tea. Pool is excellent. Rooms are good, although the TVs are very old.

As expected, nice hotel with courteous staff. Customizing our 4D3N travel itinerary was a breeze with their travel company.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Visit the world renowned St. Paul Subterranean cave in Sabang. Limited permits per day so it's advisable to book at least a month in advance. No permit, no entry.

Quiet and Clean

We got to the hotel an hour late because of delays in our flight at about 08:30am. At that time only 2 out of the 4 rooms booked were available but this was not a problem since we were scheduled to go for a tour right away. We left our stuff at the two rooms and promptly left. Immediately we encountered a problem with the electronic lock of the door which was remedied by a change of batteries. Our other two rooms also encountered cards which could open the door and also necessitated a battery change since it wouldn't lock. The food in the hotel was a bit inadequate and seemed like the same fare. Also, room rates were slashed half of what I booked a few months back. The massage at the hotel was also excellent.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel has a competent tour operator although bad weather can wreck a well defined scheduled as some necessities like boats are on first come first serve basis despite making earlier bookings.
