Couples United States of America, March 03, 2013	Great location but not the best hotel Great location, good restaurant, spacious rooms and bathroom 5.3 The hotel is in an ideal location...you can see the best sunset from the bay walk...the hotel is not cleanest, nor in the best condition...rooms are spacious, but stains on the carpet cheap bedding, hard mattress really take away from overall enjoyment of the hotel...there is no lounge to hang out or surf the web, you have to be right next to the router in order to get internet or in the restaurant on the first level...service is sub par as well...the TV and mini fridge added some value...but we had a hard time getting a good signal for the first two days of our stay. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Time your trip to the top of Mt. Tapyas to watch the sunset from there...it is a spectacular view...

Couples Germany, February 10, 2013	Totally overpriced low maintenance & service Central location 2.7 We stayed several days mid february in this Hotel the stuff was very friendly but unskilled and had low service quality. Rooms are spacious but low maintenance. Towels missing, bathtub broken, shower door not closing properly, unwashed cutlery and not properly working TV in the rooms. Due to its central location at the market horrible noisy. The restaurant overpriced as the rooms and the waiters lazy. They cant be bothered more than once to serve anything as they cant be bothered to bring the bill. Food quality was average. Overall very disappointing for the high price and their claim to be the best hotel in town.
