nice hotel resort w/friendly staff
price, nice & clean rooms, pool bar, swimming pool, garden

we had a great time in this resort. our young family members hang out by the pool bar at night. the place is away from the noise of the city. the staff were very accomodating and friendly. the restaurant served good food in big servings.

A relaxing hotel with superb service
Good service, close to the airport, offers shuttle services, nice pool

it is a few minutes away from the hotel which is nice. the decor can appear shocking at first but it sort of grows on you and the place looks really good at night.
we stayed 3 nights and had no problems with the hotel. the staff are very attentive and they will try to accommodate your request(s) as much as they can, which is really nice. they are also very kind and always smiling.
rooms are clean, ac is good, water is strong...
they offer a shuttle service to take you to places. they have their own travel tours so you don't have to go out of the hotels to book your tours.
Restaurant Tip:
The hotel offers good food but quite expensive and not so many filipino dishes. Ask the front desk for nice restaurants to go and they will be happy to assist you. Food is cheaper outside the hotel too.

Nice hotel for the price and location is kind of out of the way. Rooms are clean . We found resteraunt to be just ok. Needs improvement. Had to send back some dishes. Last day sewers backed up in bathroom smelled awful. They offer trips at hotel but can find cheaper in town. Overall stay was ok. Quite location. Breakfast was subpar not good and overpriced.

This hotel was quite beautiful. We were only there for one night and booked a van for El Nido the next day, but we wished we could have stayed there longer in order to see it during the day. The food was very good and we ate under some large canopies. The room was quite large with a fairly large bathroom. The front desk staff were very professional and ready to meet your needs 24 hours a day
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Picking up people in the Fortwally van the next day, both my parent and I had thought that we had stayed at the best place.

It was really near the Airport which was a good thing. Upon reaching the place, I was welcomed by a calming ambiance and silence which was perfect for tourist who want a quiet stay after a day's traveling around.

Nice funky hotel with unique features
huge beds and rooms, beautiful carved wooden features in bedroom, bathrooom, swimming pool, welcome drink, plus a evening drink token

i got the room for so good value for me but the regular rate wa over and way to high. stay was in queen room and the room and the bed in it was absolutely huge, aircon was whisper quite, cable tv on lcd...many many many ornamental wooden carving, even the bathroom sink was carved from wood...place had a swimming pool and a great garden, a wine cellar bar with a large array of wines, restuarant...friendly staff...now the bad bits...the place is way out of town and down a small lane that is not lite at night time, the wifi was very poor and the internet speed was incredibly slow if you managed to get wifi...
the staff do not communicate with eaxh other very well, it took 10minutes to check out, one lady said everything ok goodbye, next thing another lady came chasing me out the car prk wanting me to come back and held me up for another 10 minutes for no reason.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Dont loose the room key or they will charge you as the key can not be copied, so will charge you for a new lock and the ditting thereof

Good hotel, interesting decor.

everything went smoothly from airport pickup to departure. the hotel was clean although model animals everywhere in the gardens gave it a bit of a :theme park" look.(kids would love the life size giraffe and zebra). decor was gaudy but in philippino style. the room was excellent, clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and courteous. it was well worth the money and i thoroughly recommend it to the budget wise travelleor.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take the tours especially to the underground river but book ahead as only limited numbers are allowed each day.
