The place is very clean and nice. We stayed there for 3days and the room is always in order even after leaving it with some few mess around.
The staffs are also very accomodating, they are flexible when it comes to our schedule and have made our stay very convenient. They even made reservations to restaurants whenever we request them to do so.

Wood Carvings are a must see

i really enjoyed my stay at deep forest. the atmosphere was great. the staff was great. the wood carvings and butterfly collections are awesome. i think i took more photos of the carvings than of my tours... hahaha.... the room was great with that big bed. and very comfortable to sleep on. nice. the room key is very unique. when we first got into room, had problem with lock, but maintainance fixed it right away. the internet connection was sometimes trouble. sometimes nice, other times could not connect. we also had a problem with ants. even after we made mention of it to housekeeping, still a problem.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
We only stayed 3 days. Not enough time in this place to do all the things worth doing. Also make sure you make reservations long in advance for the underground river tour. Nothing is said about that anywhere, but they were fully-booked until the end of May, and they have been full-booked since February.

By and large, we enjoyed our stay. Our only disappointment was nobody met us in the airport in spite our request for transport from airport to hotel having been made n we did not get any reply that they couldn't provide it. Yet, when ssked, the receptionist said they do provide such service.

when we arrived we were amazed at the vast collection of wood carvings in the lobby. after we had checked in, we discovered that these works of art were spread right throughout all indoor areas including the guest rooms. the rooms were very comfortable but we were surprised to find single beds. the food was excellent and the gardens looked lovely, especially when lit up at night. all in all, a very pleasant place.

Fantastic hotel and wonderful service
I cannot pick one good selling point, as I likes everything of the hotel including the staff.

My stay in the "Deep Forest Garden Inn" was a wonderful experience, everything thing about the hotel was beyond my expectation's. I would reccomend it to all who would go to Palawan. Thank you very much the Hotel and staff were great.

This was our first time in Puerto princess... Chose this hotel because of the pool and price. Was very impressed by the friendly staff and the quality of the hotel for the money. Would definitely book this hotel again.
Travel tip:
Use the pool side bar on hot days and try the free wine tasting.

We were pickd up in the airport and we already felt the service that Deep Forest Garden Inn has to offer. When we arrived we were welcomed with a welcome a drink. And our room was ready. We got two deluxe rooms cause we thought that one room would not accomodat us but I was wrong. The deluxe room was sooooooo big. The ambience is so foresty. We Always have our breakfast intheir restaurant because the food is great. and its cheap. and its great. Their resto has so many dishes to offer. especially their chicken cordon bleu (must try). Wverything about the hotel is good except the location. The airport may be near but the city aint. So when you ride a tricycle its gonna be a little pricey. But for me deep forest garden inn is the best hotel in palawan

We love the outdoor pool, the interior and the exterior design is great, very homey...the staff are very accommodating,courteous and king...we had a nice time staying at the hotel...

The pebble washout on the stairs in the pool is quite sharp. Maybe it's better if you have it tiled instead...
Restaurant Tip:
Visit "kain nato" restaurant...their chix bbq is great... Baker's hill is a must too..
