Dos Palmas Island Resort and Spa is located on a private island in Honda Bay, northeast of Puerto Princesa, the capital of Palawan. Daily direct flights from Manila to Puerto Princesa are available, and the resort's air-conditioned bus will bring guests from the airport to Sta. Lourdes Wharf on a scheduled basis. A ferry wraps up the journey to this remote location. Dos Palmas offers a choice of the Bay Cottage located in the shallow waters or the Beach Villa on the sand. Accommodations are equipped with basic modern amenities, such as air-conditioning and IDD telephone. Kindly note that there are no cable television and Internet access inside the rooms. There are numerous water activities available at the resort for those seeking an adventure, while the spa is the perfect place for a little rest and relaxation.
Important Policy
Child rates apply to children aged 6-11 years sharing bed with 2 adults. Infants and children below 5 years and below are not charged. For a single child sharing room with 1 adult, single occupancy rate will apply to adult. Additionally, for two or more children sharing a room, the single occupancy adult rate will be applied to one child.
Please note that roundtrip airport transfer (land & boat) is provided by the resort at a minimal cost of PhP 600 person. It is recommended that guests take the morning flight to be able to take their scheduled boat transfer from the Honda Bay Wharf. Schedule are as follows:
Wharf to Resort - 0830H/1100H/1330H
Resort to Wharf - 0600H/0900H/1330H/1615H
If you miss any of the scheduled boat transfers going to the resort, there are chartered boats available at the wharf. Rental fee would depend on your agreement with the boat owner. Please be advised that sailing will still depend on Port Authority rules and regulation and weather condition.
Children and extra beds:Guests over 5 years old are considered as adults.

We stayed at the beachfront room for 2 nights. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The snorkeling and kayaking is for free. Make sure you do the kayaking, they have a specific area for kayaking, it's amazing to see the reefs if you don't wanna get wet. The flies are definitely a HUGE problem when you are dining, they are kinda stuck with you. However, the food in the restaurant is great, but too expensive i suppose. Last, the beach is not actually perfect for swimming or playing around, since there are too many sea-grass spreading all over the coast and beach. The perfect spot will be near the pier.
