Convenience going to downtown area. Easy access for a taxi and Tri-cycle. People are friendly at the hotel.
Shuttle bus pick up at the airport with no charge. Front desk staff very friendly and solve problems right away. The room is big and neat with a nice view from the hotel. The maid cleaning the room quick and efficiency. Free internet in the business center. Good bar with people playing piano.

clean, friendly and courteous staff. As a non-smoker,the smoking area in the piano lounge is a drawback. Despite the slight difficulty with booking, the hotel was good as advertized. Good location away from the traffic of downtown but not too far away either. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Staff was also very helpful with transporation arrangements. Very convenient booking tours with the hotel. Very good Japanese restaurant as well as coffee shop.
Nightlife Tip : Dine at Kahlui restaurant. Best seafood.

Close to local shopping with friendly staff. Free shuttle to the airport. No elevator to upper floors. My wife and I stayed at the Fleuris Hotel Palawan during our visit to Palawan. When we arrived at the airport a driver was waiting to pick us up. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful and would go out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable. When we were leaving to the airport our driver informed me tha PAL had changed their flight schedule and then he stayed with us assisted me in arranging our flight plans. We stayed an extra night at the hotel.
Shopping Tip : There are several markets nearbye where you can barter for locally made goods.
