Charming little hotel up on the hill

The room is fine. Very simple and clean. Has enough space to open your luggage. The bathroom is small, no tub, but for the price, I think it was good enough.
There is a small pool in the garden, but I think only kids would swim there... There are some animals kept in the cages in the garden, lots of cats and a few dogs.
The hotel is located up on the hill. You need to walk up the hill for a few minutes from the main road. It seems that there are planned blackouts at night for a few hours (the power is on in the hotel) so you may need a flashlight to walk back to the hotel at night because the road gets completely dark without light.

This is a perfect place to spend a few night. The location is in a quiet part of town, but still its just 5-10 min walk to the centre. Inside the resort everything is clean and in good condition. The room was great, A/C good, pool just fine and Wifi working all the time (but quite slow):

Hotel is in great location, close enough to town centre to walk, but it is not noisy like hotels in town centre from tricycles.
Gardens, pool and eating areas very pretty and relaxing.
Staff very accommodating and helpful.
Only negative was the room with TV we booked was not available the first night. They explained that Agoda did not give them sufficient notice of our booking, said that Agoda often does not give sufficient notice. We had booked with Agoda 3 weeks before.

My boyfriend and I decided to spend two nights in Coron town then transfer over to a beach resort. After a long search, we landed on Princess of Coron. The rooms were nice, and getting the deluxe room was spacious. The only setback was that since our flight got in late, we were starving, but the hotel doesn't serve dinner so we had to walk around Coron Town in the dark at night, and since we hadn't quite felt our way around the town yet, it was a little bit of a feat. Other then that, the staff was friendly and helpful, and there were a lot of cute dogs and animals to look at. The main town is very close but since it is Palawan which is endemic for Malaria, don't forget full coverage for bugs. Would recommend to others for a nice quiet and relaxing stay while enjoying Coron Island tours during the day.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Definitely try the budget tours for Coron Island hopping,because they will let you explore all the main attractions (Kayagan lake, twin peaks, siete pecados, etc...) for a cheaper price. Also, it's a nice way to meet other travelers if you are in a smaller group. Don't forget to load up on the sunscreen and bug spray though!
