Linda M. Couples New Zealand, April 21, 2013	Lovely Staff. Safe, clean and comfortable room. Friendly, helpful staff. Close to Beach. Away from the noisy nightlife in El Nido. 10 We had a family room away from the beach which I beleive was a good choice for the time as they have renovations going on, on the beach front. Our room was nice and private and quiet. Beachfront rooms did look awesome though :) Thank you Rosanna's Daughter for making our stay with you so enjoyable. You did an absolutely awesome job whilst your mum was away.Had a wonderful breakfast of Pancakes - recommend these. They would be totally perfect if you put some slices of the wonderful fresh fruits you have so readily availabe to you, on them / Banana and Pineapple, Papaya, Coconut flesh - YUMMY!!

Not really ! nothing paticular 5.7 expected much more. is lonely planet top pick but cannot agree. more expensive than average and not higher comfort than all the other hotels. we have booked in a room with seaview, but we received a room on the other side of the street. overall, i would recommend not to book in here, not because it was so bad, just there are better offers available and all the hotels are close to each other and you can always can even without reservation a room in one of the hotels. Couples United Kingdom, March 15, 2012	Dissapointing Location 5.7 we booked a double room with aircon and hot shower. the room was nice and clean and was in a nice location being situated towards one side of the bay. however, we thought we would get a room on the beach, but instead we got a room across the other side of the road. the rooms are not at all quiet and there is allot of noise from the road. the staff are not particularly helpful and when we asked them about some tours that they advertise on their website, they said that they don't do them! to top it all off, there was a car arrive to collect someone at 5am in the morning and the staff decided to not just knock, but bang on the door for an hour waking pretty much everyone up who was staying on the other side of the road! they didn't bother to actually try opening the door, just carry on banging and shouting the persons name! we complained to the manager and she apologized, but as far as she was concerned that was enough and it was no big deal waking all of the guests up at 5am in the morning.
