Guess can also trust the tour arrangement. They only charge 1500 peso per head for underground river tour. But don't border city tour though it is quite cheap at 600 per head. Moving around PP town could be done reasonably using motorise tricycle @ 10 peso per head. The hotel staffs even recommend good restaurants around town.

Had a superior room with balcony overlooking the bay. Unfortunately, fish markets below and horrible stench outside. Staff were friendly and tried hard. Breakfast poor (Had to ask three times for a coffee and they ran out of butter and had no jam/honey etc for toast)Hotel was on 4th floor above shopping centre. TV reception poor and very slow internet.
