Staff, room, bed, spa, clean and tidy. No lift, but I got over that quickly after a day. Would highly reccomend staying there. Upon arrival were treated with nice welcome, staff were keen to help at all times. Walking in off the street it was a welcome suprise to find such a gem of a hotel. The facilities were excellent and the room was brilliant, as good as anything I'd stayed in. Gerard you run a great hotel, we had a great stay, thanks Gavin and Kelly.
Hotel Feature Tip : Pool was awesome.

clean, nice rooms, nice staff. put tomato in my sandwich despite asking for no tomato The ABC is THE place to stay for me whenever I visit Angeles City in the Philippines. I have stayed there twice already and will go back soon. I will not even look at another hotel.

Great rooms. I like the layout and size of the room. For the price I paid, compared to rack rates, I would have expected breakfast. This hotel is very close to the Clark Airport, which makes it very convenient, especially for transfer to the airport on day of departure; if one is taking an early flight.
Though the hotel is among the better hotels we were introduced to, the location of the hotel is appropriate for adults/matured crowd only. The food outlets nearby is excellent, and there is a supermarket and drug store relatively close.
Overall I would say this hotel is a among the better hotels I have stayed so far in Philippines.

Great Swimming Pool I really enjoyed my stay at the A B C Hotel in Angeles City , Philippines. The staff were very effecient,respectful and accomodating. I enjoyed using the swimming pool. The room was very nicely appointed and the hotel is conveniently located to many of the entertainment spots. The restaurant ambiance was qutie pleasant and the food was good. was I plan on staying there again.
Nightlife Tip : Very convenient to the Night Life Area

comfortable room, complentarty airport pick up air conditioner leaked few times. Housekeeping didnt always replace bathroom ammenities ,had to request. Enjoyed my stay and would return again. Staff was great, hotel was very clean and comfortable. Food in resturant was very good and hotel decor was pleasant too. The complentary destination pick ups and drop off within the area is a nice touch. Hotel has free internet access and computers available for guest.

Clean, personal really friendly, welcoming, Great service quality Wow, it's my second time there and it's an amazing place, the people are friendly, welcoming and they always help you and happy. The room was clean, quiet, confortable, nothing to say about this, just perfect! The pool is great, restaurent too. I recommend the ABC to everyone!

The hotel is the best structure in the small city of Angeles, whose only attraction is the gogobar. The hotel, however, despite Chaim BEACH hotel, not only on the beach, but it is 70 km from the sea (two hours drive approximately). The hotel has large rooms, luxuriously furnished, but without taste, and overlooking a small but lovely pool and a restaurant where he eats quite well. Excellent service. the bad taste of the furniture who is willing to spend days at liberty without tedious controls at the reception, with a well-stocked Skybar all with reasonable prices and music throughout the day can easily choose the hotel, where it will be received with great politeness and courtesy, served as best. In short, apart from the defects of the city and the total absence of the sea, a hotel consigliabilissimo.
