Close by the Airport, Price and helpfulness of staff Third time we have been here, as ever it was a delightful stay, and all was up to expectations. The hotel is close to where we go, and it is always nice to go back to a familiar place. We especially like the bar, where the staff are extremely helpful. polite and fun. Great staff, very nice hotel. Room was slightly small for my taste. One of the nicest and best staffed Holiday Inn's I have stayed at. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful appointed rooms, very clean. Very friendly and attentive staff. The only inconvenience is there is no taxi or hotel shuttle bus to assist us to the main gate or shopping areas. Local jeepney transportation is available. This is a wonderful property to stay at. We were so impressed with the friendliness of the staff upon arrival. Check in was a breeze. This former U S Air Force Base consists of beautiful landscape. The room was very clean, all staff members very friendly and willing to help in anyway. The hotel is very quiet and resulted in restful nights. Breakfast buffet was included and was quite impressive. Thanks for such a wonderful experience.
Restaurant Tip : The Brazilian Restaurant in the upper floor is some of the best food I have experienced here in the Philippines. Very affordable and wonderful presentation.

Proximity to Clark airfield, situation. Knowledge of Holiday Inns. Staff helpfulness We arrived at about 12.30 to check in,and were disappointed that we were unable to have pour room until after 14.00. I did appreciate that the hotel was busy. On our first visit we went straight to our room. Nice after a very early start in Hong Kong. This was my second stay at Clark. I will be going again on 12 Sept. All the staff were very helpful and the room was excellant. We spent time in the Bar and also ate in the top restaurant. The food was extremely good. Did not swim this time as rather wet on the saturday, but the poolside is very pleasant. We had an early start on the Monday, but breakfast was provided even though it was before starting time. We like the hotel very much, and will be continuing to use it...
Travel tip : My girlfrfiend is from the area, so I had plenty of local knowledge !!

Excellent service by staff at all levels. Rooms very clean and well stocked including coffee service, ironing boards etc. Cons would have to be few. Due to weather I didn't swim, but I could see why the pool got poor reports from other members. Overall I give the hotel and staff high ratings. From the wonderful buffet breakfast included in the room cost to the other facilities and food and dring outlets. I was there on weekend nights and the entertainment (live) in the first floor bar was excellent. Especially for families this would be the best choice. For those seeking the night life it would not be that convenient. You would need a taxi out of the Clark Zone. For 300 pesos (a little over $6.) you can go almost anywhere including the airport

Villas are very big and comfortable. Real Value for Money. Swimming Pool needs to be rennovated. Gym ventilation can also be improved. My family and I had a very enjoyable stay at one of the villas. They are very spaceous and comfortable. They are really good value for your money. Their restaurant serves good food. Service in the hotel is also very good and staff are very accomodating and friendly. Hotel also has a swimming pool and gym.

security is superb, staff very friendly and helpful rooms well appointed. distance from manila a problem however this is easily overcome with different styles of transport available in town. i found this hotel a delight to stay at, if only for a few days,friendly staff went out of their way to help in almost every occasion. the security was the best i encountered in the Philippines . the restaurants available in the hotel gave a great selection of delightful meals as well as just a short walk form the hotel other restaurants where available. views from the up stairs restaurant where exceptional especially when a huge thunder storm rolled in late at night would recommend any body to stay at this hotel when passing through.
Restaurant Tip : great food available in house also just down the road cheap local food styles available try them their great.

The setting, the layout of the Hotel, roomas well as the restaurant are great The distance from the main shopping and entertainment areas are are and with few public transport facilities. The hotel transport is expensive
Being my first time stay at Holiday Inn Clark the first impresssion is good. The rooms are clean, well made up and facilities adequate.
Restaurant has good layout and good food.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you and keep up the good job. My only reservation is the lack of other public transportation from the hotel, other its a nice place for a Holiday at Clark.

Very clean and well equipped hotel. Staff are attentive and well trained. Excellent range with buffet breakfast and lunch. 10 minute taxi ride to Angeles City. Gym is quite small and a little dated, but adequate. Pool looked a little run down. No other eatery options immediately surrounding hotel. Hotel food bit pricey. This hotel is less than 5 minutes from the Clark airport. Costs approx 300 pesos to get to the hotel. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Restaurant food is quite extensive and very nice. Sushi was great. Worth doing lunch buffet. Taxi service through hotel (europcar) was reasonably priced. Would stay here again.
Nightlife Tip : Go visit the main strip of Angeles City for some entertainment! Should cost you no more than 300 pesos each way if you book a taxi through the hotel.

The hallways are looking a little tired. We stayed in this hotel after a trip into the mountains where the standards of accommodation were very much different. It was a great pleasure to have this level of comfort and I think it seemed much better because of the simplicity of the accommodation during the week. This was, of course, reflected in the price, but by western standards the price was very reasonable. The buffet breakfast was much better than many hotels in SE Asia (even those in a higher price bracket). The location is quiet and can be used by families (unlike many others in Angeles City, which can not).

Beautiful property and grounds, quiet and away from the city noise, outstanding service and food. Professional and excellent service from the front door to the food service to housekeeping - all around they are awesome. Diligent, kind, patient, respectful - every last person there was top rate.
The internal restaurants are great (best wine selection in AC) and they have some awesome international cuisine just a short walk away.
The rooms are immaculate, the beds are the softest in all of PI and anything you want, they can get it for you, with a smile and within a matter of moments.
AC can be a noisy place, so even though it is a 10 - 15 minute ride from town, it is nice to be able to escape the noise.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : You have to take the excursion to Mount Pinotubo. It is a drive, off road and hike, but it is totally worth it. You get some great recent history along the way, spectacular views and a fun ride. The capstone is the lake in this volcanic crater. Cobalt blue waters like you have never seen paint an amazing vista that is a must see if you are in this area.

Clean and safe, quiet. good for family A bit far from Angeles City if that's where you want to be. This is pro if you are family oriented, but a con if you are looking for action. Fairly expensive to go anywhere. This Holiday Inn is set on the old Clark American army base and is a nice clean, green setting, but a bit far from town. Costs 300 pesos (about $6 USD) to go anywhere. Angeles City though is not a very nice place and if I had a family this Holiday Inn is the only place I would consider. The mall in Angeles is nice enough, but most of the town is geared to people's worst vices. It is self-contained and there are some nice excursions you can do out of town though, like visiting Subic Bay.

Facility, which offers around. Security, also in trustworthy environment. The first time I stayed at Villa and are equipped with digital TV in each room or even a high level of interior design, but more in terms of satisfaction could smell when entering the room, the bedroom door knob流Renakatsu or other broken or toilet, expected to improve the response to future maintenance. Overall I think the country as a senior condominiums.
