Dissapointing service and amenities

We stayed for one night but it was not a pleasant one. The room is somewhat dusty with alates' wings on the bed. Washbowl leaked and the heater was broken. Dinner was below par but breakfast was good. We are particularly disappointed with dishonest service from the staffs. They allied with a tricycle driver to rip your money. A single and round trip to Sabang at night would be respectively. The main road lacked of lights and places to chill at night.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Find hotels in Sabang/White beach instead. You will find plenty of much better values with same rates. It also more convenient to commute from crowd spots.

Great service but it's too far from the beach.

it's a relaxing place bacause the location is at the beach front. however, when we got in our first room, the lights and the aircon were not functioning. i've called a maintenance and the management decided to transfer us from a standard to a de luxe room. i was really disappointed at first because we have to bring our things on the 2nd floor, but when i saw the sincerity of the staff's apology, and with their smile, i forgot almost everything! puerto nirvana is a place to stay if you want a great service and some peace mind.

this hotel located far from sabang the town.about 15 min.and you need to pay lot money to trycicle each time you want to go to city sabang.so better take hotel in the town much better

The only real downside is the fact that the hotel is in a rather secluded part of Puerta Galera. The "beach" disappears at high tide, and, somewhat disconcertingly, whilst there was a substantial swell, the surf breaks over the retaining wall and shakes the room. OK if you are a thrill-seeker! It would be a great place to stay with a family
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
We spent the vast majority of our time at White Beach which was a 25 minute trike road away. White Beach would be our preferred location on our next stay at Puerta Galera

Taxi driver knows this hotel so,it was easy to reach there.
Hotel was great,nice view,clean,all stuff were friendly.
Specailly, thx for owner. He is really nice person and his wife too.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
about 15~20 min to Sabang beach.
about same to White beach.
By taxi(they call tricycle taxi)

the resort is located not so far from muelle pier abour 50 pesos tricycle,we appreciate the welcoming of the staff the pool is little but ok ,the beach is very little also ans the surounding of the resort is not so good,the rooms are nice and well decorated,and the kitchen is ok
for the same price it's possible to find better but it's still a charming resort
Restaurant Tip:
restaurant is all around a bar the waitress is very helpfull and the service is ok ask at morning if you want to eat fresh seafood or fish

i stayed for two nights at the hotel with my friends. the staff is very accommodating. the hotel has a medieval cottage look with all modern amenities. the ocean hits the walls of the hotel. it was a beautiful experience.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The hotel is located 5 kms from the white beach. You can get a tricycle at any time to go to the white beach. People who love the quiteness and serenity of the sea will love this resort.

The only thing bad is we had no view whatsoever from our room and had a huge ant problem as they were everywhere and bit me up!! Kind of expensive for a room with no view... and with ants!!

The staff were very accomodating but every time you wanted anything extra they would charge you for it. They had a crappy wine list so i bought my own but I was charged corkage.
