It failed our expectations.

It was unfortunate because after a very long and tiring day at the Zoobic Safari and Ocean Adventure, with side-trip at the Boardwalk, we came back to our Hotel Room, NOT MADE-UP, despite being sure that we put the sign at the door knob. And when I complained at the Front Desk about it, they gave us the unacceptable reason that it was because we hanged instead the Do Not Disturb sign. Clearly, when we double-checked, the Please Make Up Room was still there hanging, meaning we were being put unnecessarily in bad light. These inefficiency and lies,we simply cannot accept that instead of apologizing, we were instead being made to appear as "escape goat". This was sad and it had put a dent in what should have been a nice vacation. Thank you.

Pros: It is along Agronaut Highway, almost right off the expressway so it's accessible if you're driving. Location is nice with shopping areas and restaurants being just a few minutes drive away. Rooms are clean, especially the bathrooms. It's far away from the bars so it's family-friendly.
Cons: Better soundproofing on the standard rooms would be nice. I could hear the people outside as if they were in the room with me. I couldn't sleep well as our room was along the highway and I was constantly woken up by honking horns. It can get dusty in their tower as well being along the highway. Service is so-so, especially in their restaurant.

Very nice hotel, clean and classy. Affordable rates too.
With friendly staff. However their jacuzzi heater is broken. Its hard to swim during morning due to very cold water. Swimming pools water temp. Is not baby friendly.
Nice location very near malls and restos.
Shopping Tip:
Lots of outlet stores.

Quiet little place a bit outside it all

I booked 3 nights at this place, and my only complain is the aircon in room 8. I left it on the whole time i was there and the temperature was at its lowest 26C.
The rest was all ok, dinner in the restaurant suprisingly tasty and pricing should not scare anybody.
Polite and helpful staff that just need a little training to be more professional. They enjoyed to have loud conversations right outside my window 0630
I would go back here if i end up in Subic some time in the future, no problem.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable with all you need very close. Pool is wonderful but can be very cold due to the courtyard design.
Anyone wishing to stay in Subic should consider this hotel.

We liked everything in the hotel from staff to location.

The hotel is about 15 minutes drive to the beach, 10 minutes drive to the mall and fast food. 10 minutes drive to the tourist spot. The food is great. So many selection from their menu at reasonable price. Friendly staff. Nothing negative about this hotel !!! We had a wonderful stay. Looking forward on my next trip to Subic.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Make this hotel your home base and just drive around the city. If you have family or children, you do not want to stay near the red light district. Casablanca is a perfect location for families. It is safe. I loved the balcony. Great swimming pool.
