Promises more than it delivers

This is an old 3 and a half star hotel with 2 and a half star rooms and not at all worth the price, I paid about $100 without breakfast. The musty smell from the room stayed throughout my stay despite the air con being on continously. The shower area is too small and the water is never more than luke warm. When it was first built it may have been the bee's knee's as far as Subic was concerned butthe rooms are now in need of a complete refurbishment.

Worn towels, shabby air conditioner, poor quality amenities. The hotel is on the beach , but the rooms are a bit dated and not secure as the entrance are weak sliding doors with worn locks.

Whilst its certainly not the most opulent fixtures and furnishings its a great place to unwind and relax . The 24 hour restaurant is a bonus with very affordable and nice food. It's a cheap trike trip to the nightlife and the nice thing is the air is cleaner than other busier cities. This will always be a " must visit " place for me

The staff are friendly especially at the bar next to the beach. The service is good and the atmosphere is relaxing.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
A little expensive but good room at the beach front.

The beach rooms are nicer than the ones in the main building however there are lots of mosquitos. The staff are pleasant and friendly with good service.

Lovely hotel situated 1 min from the beach where you have the floating bar from Blue Rock and watersports. The main strip is only a 50 peso trike ride away

i found the room to be very ordinary and in need of maintenance, but the staff were friendly and helpful. 3 bars to choose from and a real plus was the provision of hotel transport both to and from the town's nightlife spots at all hours!

Worth a look see and a relaxing venue for both solo travellers and couples

management and staff were the best I have ever experienced nothing was ever an issue and even arranged for medical assistance at one stage. I will definitely being going back second to none as for as staff goes And the food was great.

This hotel is a nice gateway for a weekend or a couple of days.
It offers a great pool area and close access to beach.
Food is excellent with good and friendly service.
There is live music every evening at the beachfront retaurant /bar.
