worst hotel i have ever stayed at in my life

spent 6 hours in complete darkness, due to no electric. the staff did nothing about this at all. when asking the staff to ring the power company to find out when we would have electic again, she did not understand english and did not even know who supplied there electric. the hot food was served cold, we had to ask for it to be heated. very, very poor, and all should avoid at all cost.

Poor room state. Wifi only at reception which is a shed.Faces main busy road.Public transport ( taxis and tricycles ) limited. Pricey for the amenities offered. But staff ( overworked ) was friendly and helpful.

when we arrived, the staff were all friendly and accommodating. the room was nice, tidy and complete with toiletries. it has an lcd tv with cable channels and hot & cold shower.
though the breakfast food was not that satisfying, overall our stay was good and relaxing.

Is a little far from the Tagaytay views so it takes time to reach the Taal viee and the resaturants. The have a tiny parking spot for cars to squeeze in.
But the hotel had clean rooms with elegant design which would make you relax during your stay. I like the staff who makes you comfortable and quick in assisting your needs.

We did not enjoy the stay because the location is far from tourist spots. We need to ride by jeepney or tricycle to get there in tourist spots. But we did really enjoy the foods they serve. For breakfast, only filipino breakfast they serve, no international dishes. As a filipino, of course, we would like to try international cuisine as we re always having the filipino style.

my family and i booked two suites at cittavivere for a night. although in tagaytay, one should not expect a spectacular view from this place as it is a little off the city highlights.
the rooms were simple, clean and equipped with basic amenities like air-conditioning, cable tv and fluctuating wi-fi connection. i found the design of the verandah at the back of the room awkward, because it faces directly the verandah of the room next to us (luckily occupied by my in-laws at the time) and has absolutely no barriers for privacy.
the breakfast included in the booking turned out to be rice with daing na bangus and fried egg - which is good enough for us. they did have quite a selection of meals in the restaurant but we never tried them.
all in all, the stay was alright. it's probably best for those who visit tagaytay for business, and looking for a place to crash for a relatively short time.
