Second time to visit this hotel. Reserved a deluxe room anticipating an upgraded experience. Sadly, there were many disappointing moments. Did not find out that the internet was down prior to arrival, and could never get a clear cut explanation as to why it was down. Many of the advertised perks, such as mini bar ect, were non-existent. The room was nice, but nothing special for the extra money. My wife and I will not be staying there on our next trip to Tagaytay.
