I can say satisfying & great stay ..

Overall stay was great & satisfying, though a little disappointed about some things. Our first few stays were overall great that's why we kept on coming back to the hotel... Our last stay, few problems came up, like no menu available in the room, towels were not readily available in the bathroom, double lock at the door was broken, toothbrush sets were not anymore included among the amenities which was strange cox most hotel I've been these were among the basics. What I got used to 2 dental care sets were always available and whenever you ordered or asked for an extra, only that time they will charge you for additional. I requested for one set coz no set was available, & the front office said I will be charged for that. Anyway, another thing I was surprised, was when they asked me that if I ordered food thru room service there will be delivery charge of 150php, what was this fast food delivery from outside??? Anyways, I thought room service was part of the hotel's facilities... When they provided us the towels, they gave us the pool towels, not the big white bath towels, the smell was not good like the small white hand towels... On the other hand, the staffs were polite & very accommodating..

Second time to visit this hotel. Reserved a deluxe room anticipating an upgraded experience. Sadly, there were many disappointing moments. Did not find out that the internet was down prior to arrival, and could never get a clear cut explanation as to why it was down. Many of the advertised perks, such as mini bar ect, were non-existent. The room was nice, but nothing special for the extra money. My wife and I will not be staying there on our next trip to Tagaytay.

It was a weekend holiday thats why i was surprised there was still a room availble. i chose this hotel because it has a swimming pool where kids can enjoy after a tour of the nearby attractions. The room was big with two queen size beds. It was carpeted and has all "basic" necessities. I was quite disappointed with the provided Television. It was so old and not even flat screen. For the rate they charge per night (P5,000++)i was expecting a nicer entertainment provision. The TV aside from being old doesn't even have nice reception. channels were limited as well. Another disappointing aspect was the breakfast. Very basic and poor in quality. It was just hotdog, omellete, rice, dried fish, pancakes, fruits and drinks which doesn't taste nice. only the omelette suit my taste, I mean how can you ever get wrong with omelette? Overall, you will just choose Days Hotel for the location and probably the nice staff, other than that you may spend your money in other lower priced accomodation.
