I enjoyed my stay at the Estancia Resort Hoetel. The staff treated me with great care and excellent service. The amenities were of good standards and the free breakfast was excellent. I love the fresh brewed coffee and the homemade jam. Although it was raining, I really liked walking around the grounds and touring the outlines of the building and the historic notes it provided.

While I was looking for the hotel where we would stay , I already spotted the amenities Estancia offers to their guests, thus the reason why I finally made a reservation there. When we finally arrived there, we were not disappointed because they have 2 swimming pools, indoor & outdoor. Besides the pools, they have the sauna though it was closed. i looked for the Jacuzzi, & the staff told me that I have to call the front desk to reserve at least 2 hours before. So I wondered why only to find out that this is so because it was quite small which is probably good for two persons at a time.Nevertheless, we liked the friendly staff. Of course , there were other amenities that you will enjoy!

Hotel with a View
The hotel has a scenic view of the Taal lake and volcano. The pool, sauna and game room was nice. Estancia is along the highway, so it's easy to find.

The hotel accommodated our early arrival and check us in. We were given a room way up and had to go four flight of stairs to get there. The single beds had one pillow each. There were no complimentary bottled water and/or tea or coffee. The room came with a complimentary breakfast for two which was good. Despite the stairs, our stay in the hotel was very relaxing.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Notify/reserve with front desk if you want to use the jacuzzi so the staff will be able to clean it.

Loction of Hotel is in a nice area.

We suggest the bathroom be cleaned properly and towels should be changed to proper hotel standards of its category and linens without smudges should be used. Also we suggest free wifi since hotel rate is expensive enough conpared to hotels in the same area.
