we reserved a deluxe room for an overnight stay in this hotel via agoda and we were surprised that we were upgraded (for free) to their santorini-inspired rooms. although the rooms look more spacious in their online photos, the room was big enough for 2 people. a private veranda with a view of the lake is a plus.
their santorini rooms are a few meters away from the hotel reception, pool, restaurant, and recerational area. a cart is available though for guests staying at the santorini cluster.
located just along the main highway, estancia hotel is very accessiible and in close proximity to various restaurants and shops in tagaytay.

The place was very cousy and nice. I've enjoyed the view of the santorini room! Wonderful view of the taal lake. But be patient on the front desk, checking in and checking out takes time but very accomodating staff. Hope they improve their system on checking in or out.
Travel tip:
Choose the santorini rooms for sure you will like the view.

the ambiance is very good.the people or staff are very friendly with their clients.the place is so good you can relax in this place it has a swimming pool.you can choose your room in deluxe or a nipa hut.i really really love the place and i will recommend this place to my friends.

We and the kids enjoyed our short stay especially that they were looking for a hotel with a pool and it's nice with its alternative outdoor & indoor swimming pool although we avoided the indoor due to the cool climate.
The venue is perfect accessible to Tagaytay park sites and foodchains. The hotel staff are friendly and once inside the hotel premises you feel secured. The room is clean with complete facilities although I have a comment in the CR of that room for improvement (don't know if same with other rooms) There should be a cement divider
below the curtain between the shower & toilet to prevent water from flowing or getting wet on the other side.
I will recommend the hotel to friends planning to venture in Tagaytay.

The worst hotel we have ever been

We had a really bad experience at the hotel. One of our family member fell in their indoor pool as we were made to pass by the back area of the hotel passing through the narrow sides of the pool carrying our heavy luggages with nobody to guide us and no enough lighting system. Worse was that, the hotel manager reprimanded us for not being careful instead of helping us out. The worst customer service ever.

We reserved the nipa hut room but instead got the deluxe rooms which is just ok. Nothing special but very spacious. Staff were very warm and helpful.
