Casual Sizeable Room with No Additionals

Have been traveling for the past two years and this is the first time where we encounter a hotel with no Wifi nor internet services.
The room was basic and request for hair dryer was not available. There was no electrical kettle although subsequently the caterer gave us a thermo-flask of hot water.
Cleanliness was not up to expectation as there were insects and lizards in the room.
