Best family hotel in Tagaytay
hotel is new, nice reception and receiving area, expansive gardens and play areas, organic and animal farms

one of the best hotels we've been too in tagaytay
room is very spacious (we got the premiere after paying for upgrade cost) but the view we got is less than desired
my kids, especially my daughter, had a blast playing in the spacious and large playground area and toying around with the animals especially the hens/chickens, ducks
owner was even gracious enough to give us the chick of fancy of my daughter bursting with laughter, joy playing with the chicks
the staffs are very kind and courteous despite being a little undermanned - they're doing their bests to satisfy the guests
very few downsides:
1) treadmill not working- need to replace
2) better if the teambuilding facilities can be restored - so we adults with our older kids can play in these too
3) water warmer for the cold pool
4) hire singer ladies for the acoustic nights
5) a broader selection for the breakfast- i.e. no fish served for the non-meat eaters
6) make the menu prices a little cheaper
very little things to point out. we generally enjoyed our stay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
dont go to paradizoo. for the 249 per person, it's was an absolute waste of our time and money-no animals actually to see

my family and i loved our stay. the main intention is for us to have family bonding. lobby was good with comfortable furniture. rooms and toilets are clean with toiletries inside. since out main intention is for our family to relax, we had a morning walk within the complex and were delighted to see they have mini farm with rabbits and goats. ideal for a 'farm-like' living on a modern hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
visit mahogany market for bulalo and tawilis.

staffs are friendly and accommodating..buffet breakfast is good but the hotel is far from restaurants so you need to bring your car for your service. premier room is big and really suit for a family, good for 4 persons but the toothbrush they provided was good for only 2 persons,so bad because we did not bring any toothbrush!nice place to relax and for family bonding.

difficult to find at first, but easy to return to. a bit far from the main road. smaller than expected rooms, but clean and adequately equipped with tv, dvd player, electric kettle and refrigerator with minibar. the adjoining wall was a bit thin, as we could hear the family next door. bathroom was large with a good supply of hot water. breakfast buffet was basic but filling, with filipino breakfast dishes, salad, fruit, rice porridge, and an omelet station. staff was friendly and accommodating but sometimes inexperienced-the cleaner guy threw away my toothbrush and did not replace the complimentary water and toiletries! we had to ask for them. otherwise a pleasant stay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Beware, there's no view of Taal from here.

We are looking for a family friendly hotel and this popped up. We had a great stay. Staff was great and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and they are ready at 6am. I liked the crispy bacon and coffee. Would recommend this hotel to families wanting to have a secluded area with great amenities.
Hotel Feature Tip:
No view of taal lake but hotel is great! Worth your money.

Rates are competitive and really value for money. Staff are courteous and friendly. All our requests were attended to within a reasonable period. Likewise, the breakfast buffet is much more extensive and better than a number of five (5) star hotels in greater Metro Manila, more specifically in the Alabang area. Would certainly return to this hotel whenever i get the chance to go back to the Tagaytay, Cavite area
