They original gave us a bigger room, but when we returned from roving around Tagaytay attractions, we found our things moved to the next room which is smaller albeit still remains comfortable and big for the two of us. They bumped us because according to the staff, the room wherein we were originally assigned was already booked (apparently a family came in so they deem it suitable for them to use our room). What I hated is they moved our things without letting us know (they did it while we were gone). Good thing notting was lost and the staff is relatively ok.

We had a bit of a hard time finding it since it was getting dark but as long as you remember the name of the road written on the hotel voucher, you'll find it easily enough with the help of the locals. The rooms were clean and large with basic amenities(TV, small desk, no cabinet). The bathroom in each room was clean. The wifi signal was very poor and unstable even though we were just on the first floor near the counter. They have a spacious parking lot and the surroundings were clean and quiet. We had some leftover food from our dinner the previous night and they let us store it in the refrigerator and they reheated it for us in the morning. It was a good stay and worth the price.

Good but Hard to Find at night

Hotel is quite difficult to find during night time since the highway is not well-lighted. It would do favor to first-time guest having their own transport if signage before the hotel is improved.Otherwise , the hotel is acceptable enough considering the price. Rooms are clean and quite big enough and a safe parking is available.

The accommodation is in a building like a big house with many rooms. I love to sit outside (at the entrance of the hotel) as it is cool and clean. There are not many vehicles passing by and the air is fresh as it is in a highland area.

The hotel is a bit far from the main city but if you're looking for a quiet place then this place is a good choice.it only takes 1 ride on a tricycle so it should not make that much of an impact.
On the other hand, our stay could have been better if the receptionist/staff knows how to give directions. It was hard if you're a first timer on a particular place and can't get any help when you ask for something.

The hotel owners were so generous they prepared a grand new year fare for all their guests complete with fireworks display. The rooms were very clean and spacious. True to the comment before we booked, the linens smell very clean

it's a good and simple hotel with nice accommodations. it's clean and no-frills. the shower head holder was broken but we managed to get it pointed in the right direction. the room is nice furnished, clean and spacious. as an overnight stop, it's a great place to stay.
