Very nice experience... as we walk in we are greeted by the staff who are very much accommodating... and as we scout place to dine we are just infront of many restaurant available in tagaytay... the good thing is we need not to bring our car to dine out.

Small Hotel but Good Location
Good location, near highway.

The hotel has a very good location, along Tagaytay-Nasugbu Highway and very near Taal volcano. It is also very near restaurants like Max's, Yellow Cab, RSM, and coffee shop like Starbucks. The hotel staffs were very courteous. Though the hotel is quite small, it is very clean and complete with room amenities.

Bad service.
Room is ok but the rate is expensive. More of the motel type room than a hotel.

Free Wi fi not provided. Linen had blood stains and chocolate crumbs under the covers. No apologies from management despite
this incident.For it's price or a little bit more you can book
a room at a real hotel.

the hotel room is good and clean and the staff are polite. in other words, the cost is reasonable. however, our free breakfast was not delivered at the agreed time of 7 am. so, we left the hotel at 7:30 without having our free breakfast. this may have been an isolated case but i hope that the hotel management will address this particular problem so that it will not happen again. anyway, i still plan to stay in this hotel in the future because it is near a convenience store and other restaurants.
