basically for team building and corporate training, doubling up as a hotel. we had the entire place to ourselves during our stay. good place to get away from the noise and crowd. staff is helpful.

Nice place to walk around within facility and security is good.

Phinma is about two kilometers from the main road so I suggest that you bring a car with you when booked in this place. It is surrounded with retreat places and therefore a serene location. It is good to bring your family even small kids along as they can run around in the garden or the play area. Security is good.

Staff are very friendly and very helpful to some additional personal requests. The rooms are clean & linens have good smell.
You feel secure because the facility is fenced & security guards are assigned on 24-hour basis. However, the site is a little bit far from the main road if you do not have a car.

rooms were big for us. we had 2 boys with us on our standard room. hotel was clean, especially the toilet and bathroom. free wifi at the lobby and free coffee too. recreational facilities were also available.

we spent christmas on this training center. so far i was satisfied with the room and service. however, we would have enjoyed it more if there was wifi in the room. there was free wifi but it was only in the lobby. if you wanted to have a wifi connection within the room, you had to pay p100 per hour, which i found to be very pricey. the tv had no cable channels so we just had to make do with local channels. the location is not ideal though because it is around 3 kms from the main road. there are no restos nor convenience stores nearby so we had to buy all our needs before we returned to the hotel from our dinner. but if you are looking for a secluded and quiet place to stay, this is an ideal place to go.

We had two single beds for our stay which were comfortable. Immediately its location did not match the place on the map shown on agoda website. It's actually a 30minute walk and jeepney ride to the main road to catch buses or Jollibee. The complex itself feels safe, with security, so our broken window (which could not lock or close properly) didn't bother too much. There are nice spaces for conventions, but not great open fields to run around. Staff were friendly and helpful when we asked for something. We had to remind them to make up our room. The lounge area and free coffee was nice. If there is a group gathering, be prepared for some echo noise throughout the building.
Travel tip:
Double check the location, rather than the agoda map. Make sure you don't mind being a bit excluded from main part of town. Be prepared for the tricycle riders and jeepney drivers yelling at you for a ride on something or somewhere around tagaytay. Some are nice, and others very rude and disrespectful.
