Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.
We want you to pay the lowest possible rate for your room. If you have reserved a hotel room through Agoda, and then show us that you could book the same room, for the same dates, at a lower rate, that is viewable and bookable on another website, within 48 hours of booking your room with us, we will either match that rate or beat it. Beautiful hotel and scenery, friendly and helpful front desk and concierge. Bar and restaurant in lobby area. Casino is right across hotel. Family-friendly hotel.
No taxi's in area, must use hotel transportation or jeepney/trikes to get around. Restaurant servers could be more friendly and knowledgeable with general information.
I stayed here for three nights with family (wife and two kids under 5) on two different bookings. Front desk staff were very accommodating to ensure room transition went very smooth. Concierge was very friendly and helpful. Room service was nice to have, although we didn't get the massage we were hoping for; they were fully booked at late hours. Restaurant food was both good and somewhat bad, depending on what you order, so make your orders simple. Restaurant servers could be a little more friendly and knowledgeable enough to make recommendations, but they were just okay. Breakfast was free with room and they had a good selection for buffet...this was a nice treat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here; we were attending a wedding and it seemed like there was a wedding here daily. The hotel is nice and clean, and the scenery is breathtaking! I totally recommend for a relaxing vacation for family and couples on honeymoon...however, major shopping venues and activities are quite far so plan to do this before checking in (or after). It would be nice to have taxi's to take you around areas close by, but we rented the hotel van for a decent price (minimum hours required). Stay in Taal Vista...you won't regret it!

The location of the Hotel and the layout enables guests the opportunity to enjoy the magnificent views.
I cannot think of any aspect of my stay that I didn't enjoy but perhaps refreshments poolside might be nice.
This was my first visit to Tagaytay and from my arrival to my departure I was impressed by the location and the serenity of the Hotel both inside and out. Access to all amenities was good and the layout afforded magnificent views of the surrounding county side while enjoying a peaceful walk through the grounds.
The staff were all very friendly, helpful and the overall service was first rate. I will be very happy to return to Taal Vista and to recommend it to my friends.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : A trip down the mountain to Taal Lake on a tricycle is a worthwhile trip and a real experience.

Next visit will be staying at Taal Vista again. It is on the rim with great views.
Travel tip : If you have never been there before and are arriving after dark it can be a little difficult to find. It is right across the street from McDonalds which has a huge sign. You can't miss it. Entrance to the hotel is on the north side of the property. Mind the oncoming traffic when turning into the hotel since it will not yield.
