Friendly staff

not well maintained. bad location.

The phone in the room was not working. Hot water was not working on our first day, and we had to complain to the front desk before they could fix it. Wireless Internet will not connect the first day, and no connection at all on the second day. The restaurant is noisy, with the TV blaring while we were having breakfast. We never even got to use the swimming pool because it was under maintenance.

Very accessible, courteous front desk personnel, even the security guard, nice lobby including furniture.

Limited parking

We checked in at Tagaytay Country Hotel abut 30 minutes before the start of the wedding ceremony where we stood as principal sponsors. Thanks to the hotel's excellent location, we made it on time to the wedding even after we freshened up from our long trip from Bulacan. After the wedding we had a good night's rest. Also, when we saw the hotel's ballroom, we asked our son to consider it as a venue for his wedding. We inquired about the relevant details and the hotel's personnel attended to our inquiry to our satisfaction. We're going back, definitely.

Hotel is very accessible for any transportation

Hotel bed have some ants. water is very low.

Hotel location is very convenient especilly for transportation if you dont have car since jeepneys,tricycles and bus to manila pass here. This is also located in ares near resturants and and fast food. Location is also near to some park.
