The hotel is superb in location and its accessibility. It is a 2 storey hotel so that our room was located near the lobby which is good. The lobby is elegant. The restaurant is big but when we ordered, it was not available, so we opted to eat outside for the rest of our stay. Their location is accessible to the city proper and safe in location. The room is good, very clean, but the heater for the shower is not hot as expected for a warm shower at night. But in totality, I will still go back to this hotel if I go to Tagaytay again. They are better than the other hotels we stayed with the same price.
I liked the hotel since it is accessible to the city. The hotel itself is presentable and clean. The hotel room is very clean and very near the lobby. It is not a high rise hotel.
We were ordering some food but it was not available even if it was written in the Menu book.
The aircon unit is cold but we were surprised when suddenly the aircon cover just dropped at the floor. The heater when turned on doesnt give much heat though tolerable for a shower during the day but not at night when it is cold.

A very pleasant hotel in a secluded location away from the main road. Good facilities with wifi in reception, a nice swimming pool and spa facilities with very reasonable prices. No taxis were available other than trikes and no airport transport was offered but the Taal Volcano and Peoples park were well worth visiting.
Staff very helpful, hotel very clean, restaurant food excellent and reasonably priced.
First night, no hot water, then water cut off for some hours, but staff did their best to find another room.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Definitely visit the Taal volcano but don't take the first offer for the price of the boat trip and horse ride. Shop around as some charge way over the odds, boat should be around 500Pesos and horse ride around 600Pesos per person, we were charged nearly 3 times that!

For the money paid, I expected more.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : For the boat trip to Taal volcano, you should not pay more than 600 Peso. You do not need a guide to go on top. If you walk, the path is easy to find. If you ride, you will get a guide at all. (Status Feb 2008)

Laundry service is very expensive, there's a laundry service nearby at Olivarez Plaza for a few pesos per kilogram only.
- Hotel Feature Tip : Billiard table available for 80 pesos/hour downstairs.

Best avoided. I have stayed in better 1-star hotels than this. My cousin checked-in and straight back out; it really is that bad. It bears no resemblance to the photo and is located in the middle of shops. The Taal Vista is much better.
- Restaurant Tip : RSM restaurant about 1Km away was very good.
