The room was clean and it looked well maintained. The downside was some guest were very noisy even after 12mn. No Hotel crew bothered to tell them to quiet down as some guest are trying to sleep or rest. Noise from outside the street are not heard so it should be a quiet place to stay if it wasn't for those noisy guest. But i can say it will be worth it to come back, especially that the hotel is near the famous coffee shop "bag of beans."

Free wifi, free ice, & hot/ cold drinking water, jollibee fastfood is in front a few steps from entrance of the hotel. Overall for the price we paid it is ok, room is large compare to View Park and Hotel dominique of the same price room.
Cons: need a detailed cleaning of the toilet, administration must assign strict supervisor to level up toliet cleanliness. Room, bed is clean, no problem
