Unexpected condition but still pleasing I suppose.
Quite quiet. Nice staff. Comfortable room.

The place wasn't quite as I expected, but still pleasant stay. The food choices were limited but not bad. The location was far out. Even the cab driver could not find it. But when we did find it I did enjoy my stay. The place has a lot of beetles. Their room doors should have strips to cover the base of the door to prevent these beetles from coming in. The free massage was good.

Never again will I book for Tagaytay Wingate Manor

I booked this hotel for a convention. Unfortunately it was my last option since other better hotels are already fully booked. The place in general was a little ok but the people/staff running the hotel was disappointing. They cannot provide me an official receipt of the exact total amount I paid because they said that the "extra charges" made by agoda should be claimed at agoda. They were not accomodating and helpful plus they were very very arrogant. They offered a free spa but when we called to make an appointment they say that they cannot accomodate us anymore since they are already fully booked for they day. The place was too far from the main road that if you dont have your own car its a long walk and a little dangerous.

Located a 30p trike from main road, this is isolated. That can be good or bad depending your wishes. The staff is excellent and can arrange a local for tourist activities. Basics: Bed, AirCon, Shower, TV...all very good. Massage as well is included! THe only strange thing is that breakfast must be ordered the day before!
