Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Great location, friendly staff
The hotel is located within the Heritage village, near Calle Crisologo and very near the souvenir shops, and restaurants
8.3
The staff are very accommodating with our small requests. We got a free breakfast considering that we got the room on sale. The breakfast was served outdoors, in their garden and it was a nice departure from the normal breakfast we usually take. The room we got, rm 5 and 6, was in the ground floor and very near the streets. The downside was the noise you hear outside, like the tricycles and cars. Amenities are minimal, bring your usual toiletries. The room is not soundproofed, thus, if someone knocks on the other door, you can hear it and might think that they are knocking on your door.In general, our family's feedback is positive.

Great near the Heritage Village
Small but clean hotel, with parking space
7.7
The hotel was small but the service was great! Breakfast is good too! Rooms are quite smelly coz the building is old. But it's given coz its part of the heritage village..
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Everything is behind the hotel, very near the heritage village resto's and shopping district. Calesa is a must try and try visiting baluarte zoo and the museum around, it's really amazing.

Great location big family room (loft type)
Main tourist spot just at back of hotel best restos nearby
7.7
We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Staff were friendly and attentive to requests. We got the biggest room that was good for 6 people and 1 children and still the room feels so big for all of us;) Large bright and clean bathroom, this room is updated compared to the neighboring rooms which were Colonial Spanish designed (which also looks good but not for people whos not fond of antique, old and dark hotel feel). Didt get to eat in the hotel
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Heritage Street (Crisologo Street) is right behind the hotel. Kalesas pass by the hotel each day, you may hire them right on to give you a tour around the compact and charming city for 150/hr. Cafe Uno's bagnet sisig was the best, ensayladang mangga were so good too. Cafe Leona's woodfired thin crust pizza and Canton Guisado were delicious!

a very good location with good service
good location for tourists

its right in the heart of vigan. a great location for tourists since it is very near in almost every tourist spots, especially in calle crisologo, where you can do your last minute shopping before leaving the place. The hotel rooms are big enough for the family. They even transfered us to a bigger and better room when we complained of the aircon not properly functioning when we got there. Generally the place is clean, less mosquitos.... they retained some portions of the place in ruins and made it as a restaurant, although it doesn't smell good at times because thats where they make raw food. If i am to go back there, i would still opt to stay in this hotel.
