Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Hotel is strategically located around the heritage village and easy access to tour around the city. Room with very nice ambiance and clean too. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Add more choices in breakfast and ref in the room will make this hotel perfect.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
rent a kalesa to room around various attractions in the city

Enjoyed our stay here- only problem were the mosquitoes- we killed 5 in one night and had a few more buzzing around. Breakfast portions are small and the dining area is cramped but that's fine.
Restaurant Tip:
Don't bother going toe Cafe Leona, it's really not that good.

The hotel just reopened this Dec 2012 so everything worked- the water had good pressure, the TV remote control was not on the blink, they had key cards that didn't jam and phones that could be dialed. After having gone to another hotel which cost just as much and having all of the above not working, this was just great. Service staff was also awesome. Only complaint was the noise from outside (trikes) can get a bit loud at night, but overall a great stay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take a 4 hour Kalesa Ride to see the different spots in town to take in the sights in a manner and vantage point you normally wouldn't get a chance to do.

Good location near to every hot spot of the region but not noisy like hotels on the street. It was not noisy like same level hotels like Plaza Hotel. My room was close to cafeteria so that I culdnt avoid noise frm there especially breakfast time. Generally it was quite recomendable.

A beautifuly restored building
great location in historic centre, nice hotel with comfortable rooms
7.7
a very nice place to stay, rooms are nice with comfortable beds & bedding, pillows are of a high quality...the breakfast is a bit odd, offering strange combinations like pancakes and bacon, no Western type at all. We were asked to order breakfast one day ahead and then they kept calling us about it and making us to change our order as things were not available. After a 3rd phone call it became quite annoying. And the food was not good either. I would stay in the hotel again but without breakfast. There is a good restaurant around the corner, Cafe Leona, where you can get delicious breakfast/meals.

All in all we had a great stay at the hotel, the hotel is new but it has a feel of what you expect of a an ancestral house, the tiles, the cabinet are new but are old styles to give you the feel of living in the olden days, and the staff are friendly and accomodating
Hotel Feature Tip:
when traveling always choose the hotel which is near everything ,so that you can go back and forth to your hotel and shopping area as often as you want,in case you forgot to buy something, you can always easily come back at no cost. in terms of transportation

Nice hotel
We rented 3 rooms and each room was clean and spacious. Everything that you need is provided for. The staff were friendly and efficient.
8.7
We were late arriving and we were a big group with small kids, so on the way I made two calls just to make sure our room was still available. The staff who answered was very polite and accomodating. And when we finally arrived, we had to make some changes and they were very prompt and efficient. We were able sleep well that night and woke up relaxed and ready to see the sights.

The hotel is very new but despite the "newness" of it, the staff are very professional, very nice and helpful, and gives service with a smile

Hotel should have its own website instead of relying on Agoda Website as I prefer booking my accommodation in the hotel website
