Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

terrible staff, questionable security, located bes
large bathroom and spacious rooms

the front desk would require you to leave your room keys everytime you leave the hotel. this was initially ok, until we got back in less than 15 minutes and our room key was nowhere to be found. the front desk told us that their manager took our keys to check them. this infuriated us as we were assured that the keys would not be used to access our rooms before we check-out. the manager came out with our room keys after our "almost a lifetime" of waiting and complaining at the front desk. also the view from our room window was a graveyard. the hotel is located in front of a market and at the rear part of it is a cemetery.

Nice hotel, but expensive for its kind
Clean room, near the bus terminal, near the market

Early check-in is not possible; you have to pay. Staff is still on training--the owners were the ones manning the frontdesk.

New hotel with clean rooms
Near the market and walking distance to the Heritage center

Not great but not very bad either. The room rate was reasonable for the amenities it and the hotel has to offer. Hotel and staff are pretty new. One needs to be careful about requesting things from them. Since our room didn't have a mini-refrigerator, I was thinking that they'd provide complimentary ice for drinks. I called frontdesk and I requested for some. Room service came with about 12 pcs ice cubes and I was charged P30 or about US$0.70. The design of the stairs (they don't have a lift) is dangerous as the color schemes can give an illusion that you're at the end of the step.

Near Partas bus, market, sights, restaurants
Cheap and convenient location
6.7
Newish, small rooms as expected from the price. Looks clean but I am not sure if the bedding was changed from the previous guest. As I was getting ready to tuck myself in, I noticed 2 strands of long hair (I have short hair). I didn't bother to complain as I was too tired and longing for a rest.
The receptionist insisted that I take a tricycle to go to the city centre but there was no need. It was within walking distance. If you want a clean, cheap room like I did, this is the place to go to. After all, I just needed somewhere to sleep and have a shower.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Vigan Heritage Site is about 10-minute walk. The market is just across and so is Partas Bus Station.

Hotel close to bus station
Close to bus station and short walk to downtown
6.7
this hotel is okay it has its pros and its cons.
first of all when i checked in it took them almost 30 minutes to get me into my room. secondly not a problem for me but maybe for others is that the hotel has no elevator which maybe a problem for elderly or people with small children. the sink in my bathroom had a drainage problem and the water drained very slowly.
the room was nice and modern, hot water and cold ac. the balcony was a nice extra but the view is far from nice. i had a booked a waterfall room but the waterfall was either not working or not turned on at my time of staying there. so basically i had a wa(terfa)ll view room. the staff were very friendly and helpful whenever i need anything. the hotel is new opened in october i believe so i guess they have time to fix these problems. all in all i would probably stay here again because of the price and close proximity to the bus station.
