To make the stay of guests more comfortable, I suggest you re-install a shower holder at higher place, add more hooks or bars to hang items inside the bathroom.
As for the set meals, complimentary fruit platter for groups or individuals will be a plus.

Great location, Basic Hotel.

The hotel is very near restaurants, souvenir shops and more. It is near the popular street in Vigan, the Crislogo st. Although, some staff is lacking of professionalism and responsiveness. The food is a bit okay. If you're looking for just a place to sleep, this place is a good choice.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Tour with kalesa, it is fun.

Limited & basic furnishing in room, shower head attachment precarious, leaking toilet and floor matt not provided despite repeated requests. Staff were friendly but very slow, e.g. we & other guests waited nearly an hour for breakfast and we had to reschedule our bus trip to Bagaio; took >12 hrs to get info on hire car & tours. Otherwise Vigan is an interesting & charming place to visit, especially wondering through the cobber-stone streets & shops Definitely recommend the bell tower and secret garden but would definitely avoid the Zoo !

This hotel lives up to its name as staying there feels like home. It's clean! I love its old feel, particularly the antique furnishings.!

My Vigan Home Hotel is conveniently located at the heart of Vigan City. It's just a short walk from the City's main attractions. It's budget friendly and would highly recommend it to tourists.

Lovely Heritage Hotel

the hotel is fully restored right in the middle of the spanish heritage area. it is beautifully furnished and the rooms very comfortable.the only shortcomings in the room are a lack of fridge and safety deposit box. the hot water is a bit hit & miss but all else is good.the breakfast is adequate without being anything special. the staff are helpful but are very reserved and do not offer much conversation. overall a very nice hotel which i would recommend close to restaurants and shops.
Restaurant Tip:
Service in some of the local restaurants in particular "Cafe Leona" is terrible.Make sure what you order is what you get and in fact they do order it at all. we had a couple of instances of this.

very efficient and the staff are so accommodating,you'd instantly feel at home upon entering the premises. the kids love the gardens and the rustic pieces of furniture...would definitely come back.

We are a family travelling with a baby. The place generally represent vigan. its a old home converted to a hotel. Its very accessible to everything (restaurants, church, supermarket, calle crisologo, and kalesa ride). the room is spacious with a homey ambiance and we tend to experience the old lifestyle with a modern twist. though breakfast is included, it would be better to have a bigger serving. we like to recommend that there should be a hold and cold bath because we had a hard time giving our baby a bath.
