Convenient and near town. Rooms are quite clean. No internet connection in the rooms. The Albert Court Hotel is very convenient, quite near Orchard and Clark Quay. Hotel is simple, clean and good for business visitors who are in for no-frills type of accommodation. For the price, it is value-for-money.
Restaurant Tip : There is a food court at the back of this hotel. Not bad.

Good location, good facilities The location is excellent, easy to reach from the airport, close to lots of eateries and shopping (especially electronics), an mrt station is 5 min. around the corner. Many things are within 20 min. walking or so and if one does not want to get involved into much sightseeing there is not much need for any other form of transport.\nThe room itself was not very generous, but is adequate, for 2 persons as well.

Close to Little India and not too far from the city 1. Have some loyalty program.
2. When booking through Agoda, they give you the "old" and "run down" rooms. I sometimes booked through my company and I had very good clean rooms (1212, 1210) but through Agoda, they gave me the old wing. 1. Hotel does not reward frequent visitors. I wish they would remember and treat you nice. I had to fill out the form each time I check in although I come here almost every month.
2. When you arrive by taxi with your luggage, the concierge or bellboy just look at you struggling with your bags. They don't help you with your luggage either arriving or leaving the hotel.
3. For the price I'm paying, it is not 4 star. More like 3 star.
4. Breakfast is the same every day.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : From here you can access the buses and trains easily. Train station Little India is within walking distance.

Location. Walking distance to the MRT station, next to SimLim Square, lots of good food around. Can even walk all the way to Orchard Road expensive internet access when one can get free access outside. the lights can be further improve on. Staff could have been much more friendlier (not that they are not friendly) Upon reaching the hotel, I manage to check in quite quickly. The only problem is searching for the room as 301 is located just next to the lift and can be easily missed.
The room is slightly smaller than expected but overall it's quite comfy. The safe is something i will need to get used to since it's a different system.
Everything is quite fine though i would have expected free Wifi access considering it's Singapore.
Check out was also very quick but the whole experience would have been better if there were staff around to assist with the luggage and stuff.

Staff is not efficient.
Staff not friendly.
I am a regular but the hotel does not seem to value return customers. I always stay at tis hotel because it is close to my office. What I find most lacking is that this hotel does not reward returning customers with a loyalty program or at least give good service to returning customers. Staf is also not polite, no one help you with your luggage. Not a good hotel for the price.
Shopping Tip : Little India is close by. Walking distance.

Near to MRT station ~ Near to major shopping malls Had to wait for a baggage handler both on arrival and departure. Got a room just in front of lifts and heard every residents coming in and out of the lifts. I got an unpleasant time with baggage handling at this hotel. When I arrived the taxi had to wait more than one minute and since no one came to unload my suitcases the driver complained and had to do it himself with my help. Upon departure, I called the front desk more than 4 times in a period of 10 minutes and since no one answered, I had to get downstairs and wait another couple of minutes before someone took my request. Afterwards , I waited another 10 minutes for the baggage handler to come down 3 floors. This service is not up to standards for the price paid for this hotel.
Restaurant Tip : There is a food court just few shops down the road with a variety of cuisines.

This hotel is close to two subway lines so it is very easy to get around. We enjoyed being close to Little India. There are interesting neighbourhoods within walking distance. The room was comfortable. There isn't a good dining room. The outside "court" was under construction. There was no nice landscaped area outside. We enjoyed our stay here because of the good location, close to 2 metro lines and Little India and Burgis. The hotel room was good but other than that we didn't use the hotel dining room and missed having an outdoor area to relax in. The staff were good.

Larger room and a couple of very nice restaurants Hotel is kind of outdated, some of the facilities are very old. Only walk like 5 minutes to get to a subway station, only take couple stops to get to the famous orchard road, but its hard to get axis from the hotel. Hotel is close to little India - definitely can find some bargains around there.

Good location and very friendly staff breakfast was quite expensive We found this hotel very comfortable. We stayed here for 4 nights...and it was close to shops and restaurants. Very friendly staff!
